The pool color was to be blue and they made it green. We paid them 53,000.00 for this pool and did not get what we contracted for. When I ask Lupe the company owner about how he was going to fix it , his answer was , well there is nothing we can do it is already done.

Piers don't look all straight and nice as I expected for a professional company they say to be. The men that come first are hard workers BUT I do feel they still cut corners as everyone here in the valley. I should have known better when they ask for money up front. A lady once sis to me on the nextdoor app never to hire anyone that asks for money up front and she was right but I did not listen because I thought that was the only company here that does that. The house does look leveled though. Just the view of the piers are not all straight. If we wanted to cover the it we would not be able to because piers not aligned. Now I am having an issue where they leveled before and they again tell me it's not under any warranty and want another $6800 to fix what they have already worked on. They DO NOT honor their warranty on work they've done. And the attitude of the son is terrible.
