The problem is they have promised to clean up it's in the contract. It's been 8days now and I keep getting the run around. A healthy person could finish the cleanup of old fencing and concrete in an hour..Juan de la Cruz told me last Saturday 8th August I'll be out Monday to clean up. Monday, Tuesday no show. He's on Facebook on another job instead of finishing mine. Then it's Wednesday he loaded one pole and a piece of fencing. Then it's oh I'll be there Saturday again one pole and a few pieces of concrete. Then it's oh I'll be there Sunday..it's 4:30pm..guess who's not here..so mad that I paid him saturday. I should have waited but I thought I could trust him..well look where that got me..in a wheelchair and still have fencing and concrete to be removed. Wish I was able I would load this up myself and promptly dump it in his business parking lot. Do not...repeat DO NOT PAY THIS CONTRACTOR UNTIL THE WHOLE JOB IS COMPLETE

This is my honest review about this Renew-All Roofing…read more In March 2024-1 posted asking for recommendations for a roofing company. Someone shared my info with this company and Thais Mata reached out to me. They seemed very sincere and knowledgeable about the insurance claim process. They stated they had crews that could replace my roof and get started right away. John Edgar was able to work with my insurance and actually get them to pay out more (my insurance didn't really want to cover much). He states they offered warranties for my roof and claimed that after any big storms they take time to follow up with their customers to ensure the work was done right. He also stated that after a roof is replaced he, himself, inspects the roofs to ensure the work was done right. April: l agreed to have them work on my roof. First day there was no communication from Renew roofing. A subcontractor arrived late and removed old shingles and weather proofing. There was no dump truck like they said there would be. Materials were tossed in to my pool. It wasn't until later that my pool was finally covered. Then the crew left because materials didn't arrive and left my roof exposed with no type of covering. Day 2 no contact from renew roofing. John would not respond to messages. Subcontractor stopped by in the afternoon to pick up his tools and inform me that materials were not being provided by renew roofing and that John Edgar was not returning his calls, so he would come back as soon as materials could be delivered. Later that day, I speak to Thais Mata who informs me they have issues getting my materials - issues with funding on their end. Day 3 - no materials. Day 4 after much problem solving on their end, materials finally arrive a little at a time but subcontractor cannot make it out. Day 5 subcontractor is working on my roof, but keeps knocking on my front door to say he is short materials and that John will not respond and he is concerned over payment. Day 6 subcontractor continues to knock on our door because he is short supplies and asks us to purchase shingles. John and Thais arrive with material. Not sure what happens, but subcontractor walks from job leaving my roof unfinished. Later that day a new crew arrives to assess what is left and get more materials. Day 7 new crew spends all day finishing the remaining roof ( mostly an overhang that is pending) . After roof was completed, John did not complete a final inspection like he had previously stated he would. June : There is a leak in our roof. I texted, called and emailed renew roofing. They didn't respond to either. Finally a few days later, I get an email from Thais Mata explaining that renew roofing is bankrupt and that there was nothing they could do to repair the issue. Her suggestion was for me to reach out to another company and they could see about trying to reimburse us. I honestly felt bad and left it at that. I hired another company to repair the issue. I was informed the leak was caused because renew roofing didn't actually cover everything with weather proofing and that there were holes in my roof from where previous flashing was. July : An additional leak occurs. I am informed that Renew roofing didn't overlap materials in a specific area and left some sections exposed causing the water to run through. Sheet rock has to be cut because of the damage and the wood above shows how wet the area was getting. I didn't reach out to Renew in July because it is apparent that Renew does not honor their warranties nor are they going to assist in correcting their mistakes. For now, we will remain vigilant about our roof and rely on another company to correct the mistakes made my Renew Roofing . I'm not saying Renew is lying or horrible but it doesn't feel like they were honest and only provided excuses . Lastly they didn't follow through with the many things they said.

Spoke with Jesse great guy well mannered and willing to go above and beyond to help with our issue.
