I called Mark in the morning, and he gave me a 1PM appointment. 15 minutes before the appointment he called to inform me he was on his way, and he arrived on time. After inspecting the damage and giving me a couple of recommendations, we went with the quick and economical option. Then he started immediately. While he worked he kept the area clean, and cleaned up after. He went over his estimate by about 15 minutes but only because he was unable to salvage the trim.
