After talking about all of the services they provide, they gave me a very fair price quote and they also happened to have an immediate opening, so we set up the appointment as well. On the day of the appointment, the guy showed up right on time as promised. He also gave us a phone call prior to arrival, which was helpful. As for the work, the job went very well. It took him about 2 hours to finish 7 rooms, 2 sets of stairs and 2 hallways which was impressive. Everything looked amazing when he was done! The guy worked really hard the entire time he was there and I really appreciated his diligence. He also helped me out when it was time to make payment. I was away from the house, entertaining my 5 year old in a local park when he was looking to collect. I asked if he could meet me at the park instead of having me come back home and he said no problem, which was pretty cool. Saved me a trip and ensured that my kid could keep playing. I called and complained to a manager/supervisor and now he's explaining to me that the carpet dries in TEN MINUTES!!!! Well, happy birthday to me because apparently I was born yesterday. A wool 10x12 carpet drying in ten minutes!!! Imagine that. Last but not least a 20% redemption coupon was not honored. I called several days prior to setting up the appointment. I spoke to a woman who explained that if I spend $150 on services I will get 20% off services. So I reiterated back to her, "Since I'm getting two area rugs cleaned for a total cost of $150 (plus tax) the total cost after the 20% redemption code should be approximately $120, correct?" She answered, "Correct." Do not use this company. Complete rip off. Horrible experience. I will take my business elsewhere.

They raked the first layer and put it in bags and hauled them away, put antimicrobial fogger, lime was distributed throughout the whole basement and the old 12 foot sewer pipe (that was left behind by the contractors that replaced the pipe) was cut into pieces and hauled away. They came and did a great job and one of the best parts was they could not have been nicer. It was a big foul smelling mess and they cleaned it up and restored it.
