I reached out on Yelp after finding Elite Auto Spa's listing and requested a quote. Jorge immediately responded on a Sunday and provided me with his availability...I forgot to respond on Sunday and when I reached out again on Monday he still made me a priority and got out later that day. Jorge was polite, professional, on time and knowledgeable about the entire process and the prices he quoted me for a wash, a wash and wax and the leather treatment (I added after he arrived) were extremely reasonable. Most importantly, the job he did on my truck was incredible (and that feels like an understatement). My truck hasn't looked that good since I first bought a few years ago! Every aspect of the job was done I professionally and to perfection! I could not have been more impressed and thrilled with the entire experience! I could not recommend Jorge and Elite Auto Spa and higher (I have already made an appointment for him to come back out and wash my wife's SUV) and they will be the only ones to wash my vehicles moving forward!!

He showed up on time and was very specific and detailed on what would be needed. He confirmed what I expected, that the car would need lots of help to make it shine.
