Great value. Super efficient. They do an awesome job plus when you go inside to pay there's an incredible selection of refreshments and seating options. Like they have every bottled drink you could think of + cozy couches + massage chairs + a million air freshener options + they do an awesome job at detailing?? Definitely recommend. read more

Paid extra to get a "deep clean" on my rims all they did was add a cheap top-layer gloss that u would usually get on the basic outside wash. Basically ripped me off with the extra package of rim cleaning. Maybe you reading this can be the judge if they did a great job (this is 10 min after the wash in natural light)... there's no professional detailing behind this business as they claim it's just a regular car wash read more

Magic Hands Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Miami, Florida

The Miami public train gate closed and hit the hood of my car before I reversed away from the gate. Fine grained scratches were in the paint on the hood from the gate. Magic Hands buffed the hood and cleaned the entire care. Can you find the gate scratches? They were exceptionally skilled at removing the scratches and not damaging the hood pant. This place is expensive but worth it especially at buffing paint scratches. read more

Good experience overall. The service is good the staff friendly and attentive. My car came out clean, shiny, and well taken care of without a long wait anyway it's a nice place to be relax... read more

The price went up significantly... seems a little much. I used to pay 35$, I left today paying 64.91$.. 55+tax+ 5 tip. I think 64 is too much for something I can do myself for less than $10 in a self serve.. I wanted to be serviced but I just don't know that $20 added in a year or so is cool business ethic. Maybe they should release a letter email explaining to their customers why the price has increased significantly. More than half what it use to be. Edit: they washed around bird sh*** on the hood of my car! they couldn't even bother to clean it this is RIDICULOUS read more

Very bad experience at Magic Hands Car Wash (Left Hand Side - Going South), 3501  S Dixie Hwy, Miami. The problems started when they were drying my car. One employee was not cleaning the side mirror properly and didn't lift the windshield wipers to clean them underneath. I had to call the manager, who told me the employee was new. In my opinion, that is not an excuse--staff should be trained before starting the job. There were five people working on the car, sometimes even cleaning the same area twice. After about 30 minutes it was finished, and I still had to ask them to clean the mirror again. To be fair, because the manager stayed there the entire time giving constant instructions, my car ended up very well cleaned. However, that should not be necessary. Conclusion: I will not return. At a car wash, the customer should be able to relax inside, not supervise the process. Also, the indoor floor is extremely slippery. Thanks to a previous comment I walked inside with a lot of precaution. read more

Just came from this Carwash and I need to let people know this don't be scammed by the guy that stands there to receive your car and tell you how much it is there's a board also tells you prices my mistake was telling him I wanted something extra. He started with $450 and I was like are you out of your mind? That's when I ended up telling him. I'm going to another Carwash. I felt I was being ripped off and then I read all the reviews bad place I would stay away from it. read more

I think giving it a one star is too much. You trust that they'll do a good job for the price you pay but they don't value the customer. I went in a Saturday afternoon there weren't busy so you'd think they would do a good job. I made the mistake of not checking before leaving and when I got home I noticed they missed so many areas. I still had little crumbs of leaves inside. They missed a couple bird poop spots. Honestly so disappointing, save your 60$ and go anywhere but here. read more

This place is a scam, highway robbery as another reviewer put it. Prices have skyrocketed, they are trying to charge me $55 for a small sedan when the quality of work is horrific. This last time, I made a 10 point turn and got out of there. How are they charging premium prices for a bottom of the barrel quick-wash. They rush the cars through their little drive through, rub dirt & dirty towels all over your car creating swirl marks & damage. When I told them "How are you charging so much for so little", The Junkie looking guy taking my order has the audacity to say "You guys have been taking advantage for way too long". YEAH OKAY! Negative Stars! Check your wheels after the wash, I can guarantee if your wheels have any type of complexity to them, they're dirty! read more

I've been coming here on and off for years, and unfortunately the service has only gotten worse while the prices keep going up. Showed up about 7 minutes before their posted opening time and was immediately met with rude looks and bad attitude. The staff looked miserable and made it clear they didn't want to be there or deal with customers. The experience was so unwelcoming that we didn't even bother staying for the car wash. On top of that, when I have gone recently, they aren't even washing the car right, definitely not worth the price. The owner should really be aware of how their employees are acting toward customers and how far the service has slipped. First impressions matter, and this place completely failed at basic customer service. Definitely won't be coming back. read more

2 Stars only because of convenience but they just get worse by the week. I don't mind paying for a good car wash but they are more concerned about getting you in and out without putting any effort in what you pay for. They leave my car dripping... don't even take a few more minutes to completely dry the car. They hardly even touch the inside or wipe down the sides of the doors or trunk. I'm done with this place for good. read more

STAY AWAY IF HAVING EXPENSIVE WORK SUCH AS DETAILS DONE! I have been going to this place for years. This weekend they ruined the clear-coat on my car. After waiting for almost 3 hours I went out and was flabbergasted as my car was dull and with water stains. They told me that they were going to wash it again to get rid of those stains and then wax it as they claim the dullness was caused by the clay wax. They then proceeded to wax it. It asked again why is the paint still dull though not as dull as before. They tried to say that it was because my car paint was like that originally which was not. They said that only cars with Clear-Coat are shiny. I explained that my car always had clear+coat and that it was always shinny and that I had gotten it detailed there before. I paid over 300 dollars for my car detail. They should have said that it was not a detail but a stripping of the clear-coat of the car. That is the last time I go to this place. I even went back to a Body Shop that was going to take some scuffs I had on the mirror and they asked me what happened to my car as my color no longer matched the paint color that belongs to my VIN Number. I explained and they also agreed with me that the clear-coat that the car has is gone. He was so surprised that he also said that he is no longer going to recommend Magic Hand to his Customers who get Body Work done by them. I got home and all I did was cry! How can I get the Shinny Clear-Coat back that I had in my car? If I could give this place less than one star I would. Also they got rid of their points system and I wa one Car Wash away from a free one which I would have earned this weekend and that is gone too! read more

Out about $200 for taking my Jeep here. Took my vehicle in for a cleaning and afterwards noticed they had cracked the custom Rubicon emblem on my hood and they "washed" their hands of any responsibility. I explained that the part would only cost about $100, which is the price of about two car washes, and they didn't even have the decency to offer me that. $70 after tip plus $110 for the part. If you like your car, don't take it here. I'd rather my car be dirty than damaged read more

After washing the exterior of my car and interior the car at Magic hands I did not notice until I got home that the backseat of my Tesla had brand new stains all over it. I can only assume they use some type of harsh chemical or a dirty rag, which caused this. Update: Found out through a detailer that the car wash must've sprayed a chemical and that those aren't stains but worse a permanent chemical burn. Now I have to spend a few thousand dollars changing the seats. read more

I'm writing this review after my 5th visit to this place and after having tried other nearby car wash. I can only say thank you for all the hard work all your people do to wash my cars. They pay attention to detail and leave your vehicle spotless. The pictures below show the before/after from the job they did on my Jeep after a weekend off-roading. I can tell you the car looked as if had been taken straight from the dealership. Kudos to all of you folks! read more

I come to this car wash once a week and each time it provides excellent service with thorough cleaning inside and out. My biggest pet peeve are streaks of product or dirt on my interior, and this is the only place that I have tried so far in Miami actually leaves my car spotless inside out. Quick turnaround time and friendly staff make the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend! read more

$50.99 for a small size regular basic car wash. The price goes up everytime I come here. This time I said no, I will find another car wash. I guess this place benefitted too much from the expansion of Coconut Grove and are now charging extortionate pricing for a mediocre service. Please, bring back normal priced car washing!! read more

Although convenient and the fact that I've been coming here for the better part of decade, the place is really hit or miss. Lines on Friday and weekends can be so long it's like the on ramp to I-95. Go late in the afternoon and the workers are so exhausted you actually want to get out of the car and help them. Best times are early in the morning mid week. There are different price structures and I always go with the Supreme. Sometimes you get it, some times you don't. It's like an Almond Joy Bar. You do have to be cognizant and point out issues-which when you do the employees will eagerly address it; hence the 3 stars. You go in and immediately you are asked to pick which service you want. Thereupon you go under a tent for a quick wash and soaping. After you pull out--and you paid for it--you get a spray wax; which is very good. You are then directed to a bay and asked to wait inside. Once your vehicle is is done they call you out on the make of the vehicle. The owners have tried to spruce up the inside and it shows. There is food and the restrooms are always clean. read more

It all went well everybody was as pleasant as they could be. I realized I had a flat tire so they blew it up as much as they could so I could get to a dealer. They were fun and kind. read more

My car was very dirty when it left the "car wash". Unfortunately they didn't want to make things right and instead wanted to argue.

Worth it. I've seen the $12.99 Hand Wash advertising many times driving down US 1, so when I saw there was a special for $10.99, I figured it was my lucky day and finally gave this place a shot. I went on a Saturday around 1:30pm and it took about 30 minutes, from the start of entering the car wash to driving off the lot. Considering I hadn't had my car washed for over 6 months (no judgement) I think this wash was well worth the value. I did a few gas station car washes in between but they really didn't do much. After I left this place, my tires were so clean I didn't even remember they were supposed to be black. read more

Comprehensive and excellent attention to detail. This is not an ordinary car wash. The staff is on it. Magic Hands Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Miami, Florida

I just paid $149 (plus tip) to have my car washed, waxed and detailed. Except they completely forgot the detailed part!!! All they did was vacuum the floor and wash the outside of the car. It was by far THE WORST car wash I have ever had. I can't believe what I paid for such terrible service. The entire car was dusty and dirty, the didn't even wipe down the seats front or back or even open the trunk. I will NEVER go there again. Sadly I was on a work call and wasn't paying attention and didn't notice how filthy everything was till I was long gone. If I could I would ask for a refund!! I highly suggest you avoid this place at all costs. A high school fundraiser car wash would have done a better job! Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Super convenient car wash. Was quick and easy during the week. Fair prices for the car wash too!

I brought my car here for a very expensive detail of $500. They offered me for an additional $100 to do a buff job. When I picked up the car it was getting dark and I did not notice what a bad job they had done until it was parked in my garage. They left water spots all over the car especially the windows. I returned the following day to express my dissatisfaction and ask them to remedy the situation. I also offered to pay the additional $100 for the buff job. At this point they quoted me $400 more. This is literally highway robbery. They did not even remove the water stains from the windows. Horrible business management and rude pushy people trying to take every penny for things that should have been done for the agreed upon payment. Take your vehicle anywhere else. I'm pretty sure a 10 year old could do a better job for much less. Thieves ! Bad manners! Negative stars if it was possible. read more

I'm actually the person who likely visits here the most but I'm concerned that the price often varies for the same services. Sometimes it $35. Today it was $40. I have the smallest SUV on the market- a discovery. Today instead of putting in Small SUV- the black shirt guy who takes the @order" put my make & model. Just wondering about the inconsistency. BTW- the car wash staff is excellent. It's the managerial staff in black shirts that are less professional. read more

The best car wash in Coral Gables/Miami. Your vehicle is actually washed by hand and not by a machine. I highly recommend them.

over priced for an express car wash service. They don't even vacuums that well. Better off at la brisas or el car wash where you can vacuum yourself. Magic hands use to have competitive prices. Now they just charge way too much for the style of service. read more

First time at this car wash and we were kind of lost, but the wonderful guys at this place guided us through. You enter. Pay with the first guy He sent you to another line, where they wash your car with water and soup You move forward and the guys wash by hand your car as you are there, without moving out of the car. Then they ask you to move to the next station so they can manually dry your car. Excellent service, good price, and it was fast! read more

Very disappointed; the place itself looks great, coffee shop and the waiting area are amazing but, the service is not worth it. Regular car wash inside and outside is $33 so you expect a good cleaning. Our car is two doors so it is a small car; by looking at the pictures you can tell, they didn't take their time to clean it. As a customer, who uses their money wisely I don't recommend this place. FYI: Dust in the dash the floor mats (wet) and door handles were dirty. read more
