The Miami public train gate closed and hit the hood of my car before I reversed away from the gate. Fine grained scratches were in the paint on the hood from the gate. Magic Hands buffed the hood and cleaned the entire care. Can you find the gate scratches? They were exceptionally skilled at removing the scratches and not damaging the hood pant. I think giving it a one star is too much. You trust that they'll do a good job for the price you pay but they don't value the customer. I went in a Saturday afternoon there weren't busy so you'd think they would do a good job. I made the mistake of not checking before leaving and when I got home I noticed they missed so many areas. Very bad experience at Magic Hands Car Wash (Left Hand Side - Going South), 3501  S Dixie Hwy, Miami. The problems started when they were drying my car. One employee was not cleaning the side mirror properly and didn't lift the windshield wipers to clean them underneath. I had to call the manager, who told me the employee was new. In my opinion, that is not an excuse--staff should be trained before starting the job. There were five people working on the car, sometimes even cleaning the same area twice. After about 30 minutes it was finished, and I still had to ask them to clean the mirror again. To be fair, because the manager stayed there the entire time giving constant instructions, my car ended up very well cleaned. However, that should not be necessary. Conclusion: I will not return. At a car wash, the customer should be able to relax inside, not supervise the process. Also, the indoor floor is extremely slippery. This place is a scam, highway robbery as another reviewer put it. Prices have skyrocketed, they are trying to charge me $55 for a small sedan when the quality of work is horrific. They rush the cars through their little drive through, rub dirt & dirty towels all over your car creating swirl marks & damage. Showed up about 7 minutes before their posted opening time and was immediately met with rude looks and bad attitude. The staff looked miserable and made it clear they didn't want to be there or deal with customers. The experience was so unwelcoming that we didn't even bother staying for the car wash. On top of that, when I have gone recently, they aren't even washing the car right, definitely not worth the price. I don't mind paying for a good car wash but they are more concerned about getting you in and out without putting any effort in what you pay for. STAY AWAY IF HAVING EXPENSIVE WORK SUCH AS DETAILS DONE! I have been going to this place for years. This weekend they ruined the clear-coat on my car. After waiting for almost 3 hours I went out and was flabbergasted as my car was dull and with water stains. They told me that they were going to wash it again to get rid of those stains and then wax it as they claim the dullness was caused by the clay wax. They then proceeded to wax it. It asked again why is the paint still dull though not as dull as before. They tried to say that it was because my car paint was like that originally which was not. They said that only cars with Clear-Coat are shiny. I explained that my car always had clear+coat and that it was always shinny and that I had gotten it detailed there before. I paid over 300 dollars for my car detail. They should have said that it was not a detail but a stripping of the clear-coat of the car. That is the last time I go to this place. I even went back to a Body Shop that was going to take some scuffs I had on the mirror and they asked me what happened to my car as my color no longer matched the paint color that belongs to my VIN Number. I explained and they also agreed with me that the clear-coat that the car has is gone. He was so surprised that he also said that he is no longer going to recommend Magic Hand to his Customers who get Body Work done by them. I got home and all I did was cry! How can I get the Shinny Clear-Coat back that I had in my car? If I could give this place less than one star I would. Took my vehicle in for a cleaning and afterwards noticed they had cracked the custom Rubicon emblem on my hood and they "washed" their hands of any responsibility. I can only assume they use some type of harsh chemical or a dirty rag, which caused this. Update: Found out through a detailer that the car wash must've sprayed a chemical and that those aren't stains but worse a permanent chemical burn. Although convenient and the fact that I've been coming here for the better part of decade, the place is really hit or miss. Lines on Friday and weekends can be so long it's like the on ramp to I-95. Go late in the afternoon and the workers are so exhausted you actually want to get out of the car and help them. Best times are early in the morning mid week. There are different price structures and I always go with the Supreme. Sometimes you get it, some times you don't. It's like an Almond Joy Bar. You do have to be cognizant and point out issues-which when you do the employees will eagerly address it; hence the 3 stars. You go in and immediately you are asked to pick which service you want. Thereupon you go under a tent for a quick wash and soaping. After you pull out--and you paid for it--you get a spray wax; which is very good. You are then directed to a bay and asked to wait inside. Once your vehicle is is done they call you out on the make of the vehicle. The owners have tried to spruce up the inside and it shows. There is food and the restrooms are always clean. read more

I just paid $149 (plus tip) to have my car washed, waxed and detailed. Except they completely forgot the detailed part!!! All they did was vacuum the floor and wash the outside of the car. It was by far THE WORST car wash I have ever had. I can't believe what I paid for such terrible service. The entire car was dusty and dirty, the didn't even wipe down the seats front or back or even open the trunk. I will NEVER go there again. I brought my car here for a very expensive detail of $500. They offered me for an additional $100 to do a buff job. When I picked up the car it was getting dark and I did not notice what a bad job they had done until it was parked in my garage. They left water spots all over the car especially the windows. I returned the following day to express my dissatisfaction and ask them to remedy the situation. I also offered to pay the additional $100 for the buff job. At this point they quoted me $400 more. This is literally highway robbery. They did not even remove the water stains from the windows. Horrible business management and rude pushy people trying to take every penny for things that should have been done for the agreed upon payment. Take your vehicle anywhere else. DIRTY OLD SMELLY RAGS were used to "clean" the inside of my car. Even after I made them do it again. They still used a dirty rag and just sprayed more spray around. One day later, I cannot get the smell of musty wet rag out of my new car despite driving with windows down. Also wet marks are always left on my console that I have to fix myself.
