After completing the contact form online, he texted me within a few hours and was at the house the next day to do the whole job. He worked tirelessly from 9:30 am when he arrived until he departed at 5:30pm. I was skeptical that it would be done, but sure enough, the whole job was finished and looked great. Tried to take the sticker off my windshield and it was stuck and wouldn't come off. Asked them to help and their response was that if it is removed it will ruin the tint. I said, well why would someone on your team put the sticker over a tint knowing it cannot be removed without ruining tints and without a warning about it. The manager who would not give me her name, but gave me plenty of attitude, shrugged her shoulders and said it's not her problem. They wouldn't cover any damage on sticker removal to fix the tint. Also would want compensate with any free service as an offset. This is my review and warning to others who are debating between prestige and el car wash or other competitors. The washes were fine.

I was quoted a price, but after I had already left, I received a link on my phone to complete the payment and noticed an additional fee that had never been mentioned, plus tax. The amount of the fee is not the issue. It would not have changed my decision to have the work done. The issue is transparency. Tell me the complete price upfront, including any fees, so I can decide knowing exactly what I'm paying. It's unfortunate because they did a good job, but this lack of transparency cost them a long term customer. I hope they take this as constructive feedback because honesty about pricing is every bit as important as the quality of the work.

Paul was extremely fair, honest and affordable and worked with us to bring the boat back to like new condition. His guys also redid all the teak flooring and we were blown away.
