Not only did she fix the issue I was having, but she also made thoughtful recommendations that really improved the final result. She was an absolute pleasure to work with - friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything turned out perfectly. This is the second piece I've had done here, and both times the service has been superb. Both sentimental items, which they took the appropriate time and care with. I can't recommend them enough, and honestly, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else!

Frame Art might've been good a few years ago, but without the owner in the store the customer…read moreservice is absolutely horrible. During the lackluster consulting process for two pieces of art I brought in the representative said her shift was over and walked out and I had to wait for someone in the back to come out and finish. I should've known then to go and find some other place. When I came in to pick up my artwork, I waited for about four minutes before the person behind the counter looked up and acknowledged my existence. The prices were very high and the quality of work mediocre. You can see small white nicks out of the black frame where they cut the corners to fit. They could've touched that up with some black paint or something so at least it wasn't so noticeable. For the several other pieces of art that I need to have mounted and framed, I will definitely look for quotes somewhere else

It's located within the many shopping plazas within the Foothill street. I'd park in the left side and not in the right side, because you'll be looking for parking against Homegoods shoppers! This location is one of my go to locations because of its endless supply of yarn. They have every yarn you can imagine - acrylic, polyester, wool, cotton, etc. They recently tag teamed with JOAANS so you can find some of their yarn, too. My review stems from the type of workers they have here. As other yelp reviewers have mentioned, the workers here aren't the nicest and they don't hide it. They had a new balloon system incorporated within the past year, and I've stood and watched many customer/worker interactions going sour over the balloons. The interactions aren't the best to hear or watch when you're shopping. Other than the type of service you get here, this Michaels is a well stocked location with your typical prices. I come here for my supplies and leave. I try not to interact with the workers unless necessary.

This review is specifically for a fabric purchase. I chose several fabrics that seemed to be on…read moresale and took them to their cutting station. Some were remnants, so I took the whole piece. Other bolts had a lot of yards on it, so I asked the lady if she can double check the price for me, because I noticed that a lot of fabric was placed on the shelf in a spot that did not match the price tag and barcode. When I handed her the next bolt and asked her to check, I got a rude reply. "So what, you want me to check all of them?" The disrespectful tone, bothered attitude and "so what" were completely uncalled for. I was polite and did not ask anything crazy. Even if you don't like the work or have a bad day, that is not the customers fault. If I treat you politely, I expect the same.

He can do anything with art -- fixed a wall hanging my daughter had put her name on (you'd never know it was there); added black paint to an abstract painting to cover marks left by tape when I spray painted the frame; added detail by painting a thin line of black on the inside of the frame and painting the outside black which set off the black and white picture nicely: finally, reframed and matted a certificated piece of art beautifully.
