This laundromat is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to in my life and the customer service by far is a cut above all the rest. It's so clean they keep it so clean the washing machine smell good it's quiet everyone is friendly including the customers. I can buy a washer and dryer at any time but when I came here for the first time three years ago, it made me not want to just because of the peace that I get when I come here. it is very relaxing And i enjoy ROYAL CLEAN. Every person that works here is great, but Angie is by far the a representation of what service should be day and day out what it should look like what it should feel like how it should act .. Buy it I mean, customer service not Angie.. Angie is by far the best of the best. She is a beautiful soul. For those of us who work in customer service, we should all to have this kind of professionalism, and care for what we do!!

This laundromat was very clean and came in handy when the washing machine broke down…read more The employees keep the facility very clean and during the few hours I was here I saw them sweeping & moping the floors. There was laundry detergent spilled on the floor and if that was not caught, it could have ruined someone's clean clothes or been a safety hazard while transporting clothing. Great catch you guys. I also felt comfortable here. The parking lot was busy, but I was able to get in up close and find a washing machine to quickly start laundry. The prices were decent, but being completely transparent, I have not had to utilize a laundromat in a really long time. I like the area, because there were plenty of food places to grab lunch while my clothes were washing. Tables were high enough & baskets rolled well. Although it was an unfortunate situation for my washing machine to go out, this facility made that hardship able to be easily accomplished.

The machines are poorly maintained: about half are out of order, and the ones that do work are dirty, with a noticeable buildup of detergent and fabric softener in the dispensers. I've been here multiple times over the past year and have never seen a staff member on-site. I'm not sure how the prices compare to other laundromats...it's $5.00 for a load in the largest washer and $0.25 for every 4 minutes in the large dryers. I continued using this place only because it's the closest to my apartment, but I'll definitely be finding a new laundromat as soon as possible.

Spring Cleaning has arrived! This means time to wash a mountain of rugs and bedding. Given that my…read moreduvets and mattress pads probably are too fat to fit into my washing machine, it meant going out to the nearest laundromat and taking advantage of their giant industrial washing machines! I came across Laundry Unlimited, and it's probably the nicest laundromat I've ever been to!!! First of all it's modern, so you don't need to lug around quarters!!! Second, the facility itself was extremely clean, and there was an attendant on site if you needed help. Even walking into the establishment was easy - imagine they have wide sliding doors that automatically open, so you're not having to juggle bags and try to open the door simultaneously! Pricing was a little more expensive than your average laundromat, but in my opinion it was worth it, to be able to do your laundry in a spacious and clean environment. One important thing to note, the laundromats are high tech now! They have touch screen, and it's best to install the Speed Queen App on your phone before coming here. I admit it did take me like 2 minutes to get everything set up. You can add a payment method, then you add funds to the app. There is a vending machine where you can also pay by cash as well. You will need to go into the App and select the Machine number. You can either start by selecting options through your phone or on the touch screen. There are the usual settings and options for Temperature, Washing Type etc. I loved that they had a bedding option! All in all, if I have bulky items for washing, I'm coming here!!!

I really appreciate not having to lug bags of change my laundry as well. Make sure you bring your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets and other supplies because they do not provide or sell those items. Actually, all of the services they offer are more expensive than most and I highly doubt that the expense is due to their being a more premium place than most. I came in on a weekday morning to use their triple loader to wash a king size comforter that I refused to pay the dry cleaners $30+ to wash for me. I was a bit lost and in need of some direction in operating the washing machine and a lovely woman was more than happy to help. She even added the bleach for me at the correct time. It was only $3.50 to wash! The dryer was cheap too, can't remember how much now. I will definitely return the next time I need a triple loader!

She also helped me with the coin exchange machine and the dryers without me asking because she noticed it was my first time and I was having trouble. Important note: probably don't want to wander into the Vietnamese place 3 doors down... we did, only to find ourselves in an awkward situation where we quickly ordered cafe su das. One of the guys offered us a pot of hot tea, which we drank, in addition to the coffee we ordered... and that felt a little weird.
