What impressed us most was how well she managed everything going on around her. While helping us, she also acknowledged other customers right away and kept the line moving by letting drop-off customers know they could be helped quickly. She made us feel taken care of without losing awareness of the rest of the store. That kind of service really stands out. Tons of mean, rude ladies (customers..) who look like they've never smiled once in their lives, trying to use a fax machine or copier, getting frustrated, because you know, technology. They look at you like you are beneath them and/or trying to steal their purse (just my experience- lavender hair and tasteful tattoos make certain people uncomfortable, I guess? - also, it's Edmond :-/). I definitely prefer the Quail Springs FedEx to this one. The clientele at this location are just another level of rude.
