The bill we were sent was $38,000, and the adjudicated amount was $19,000, or roughly half. When we started looking deeper into the company and its history, it turns out that the ownership has had several brushes with the law, including a charge for grand larsony. They treated me like it was no inconvenience at all. The documents were printed perfectly, neatly boxed, and ready to go. On top of that, they took extra time to help me choose the right binders for everything and made sure I was completely set before I left. They were patient, friendly, and clearly cared about doing the job right. I didn't catch their names, but they were two older gentlemen who appeared to be the only staff there at the time.
