Bobby and his team are great! Summit helped us out with various electrical projects over the summer…read more- including installing smart thermostats - and his guys were always on time, friendly and worked hard. As it turns out, there was something weird about the original wiring of the house that prevented the newly-installed thermostats from sending their signals to the oil burner and we only realized it once the weather turned cold and the heating wasn't working. Bobby came out personally late on a Friday night - the same day we called - to make sure we had working heat as soon as possible and didn't leave until everything was up and running. That's the kind of dedication and service you can expect when you hire Summit. Thanks again, Bobby and team!

So they replaced it and said that would fix the problem. Well it didn't. 3 days later I still had no heat in that zone. The next 2 days, still no heat. I call them once again and now they tell me I need an electrician to do rewiring. They strung me along for over a week and kept charging me for all their service calls and unneeded parts. I finally got someone else who fixed my problem right away. Would never recommend using them.

The tech changed the circuit breaker and an outlet that caused the power outage in the bedroom. It turns out that in repairing the power outage the tech caused all the smoke alarms in the house to not have power due to him cutting the wires in the outlet and capping them off. That's very disturbing that wires were cut with no knowledge of what those wires were connected to. The outlet was not replaced as we were told. It was rigged with electrical tape to get it to function. I called another electrician to double-check the panel and the outlet because none of the smoke alarms worked. Thank goodness happened to our home. That was very scary to find out that our home was made unsafe due to an incorrect "repair". I surely didn't get what I paid for as in a proper repair .

This time was no different, but Joseph and his son met the challenge and got to the root of the problem, and was successful in solving our issues.
