QQ is in a lovely setting, friendly staff, Large choice of colors. However, I got a Dazzle Dry mani-pedi and my manicure chipped by the next day. When you apply Dazzle nail color, you cannot rush or the polish will chip. I do recommend this spa, but not for Dazzle Dry manicures. BTW, QQ charges $10 more for Dazzle Dry polish, so it is especially frustrating that it wasn't applied properly. read more

Had an appointment with a "fancy spa" in Yorktown Heights for a gel pedicure. When I got to the spa, they said they won't do gel because they can't take it off. Only having a day to get this done and it already being 2:30pm, I started googling gel pedicure. QQ came up in the Westchester Mall. I started driving in that direction and went straight to QQ. They took me in quickly and offered add-on optional services -- which I opted for. Lina was my pedicurist and she was amazing! She did an excellent job and was very nice. The salon is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. I don't get pedicures often, but I would go back in a heartbeat. Great place! I found the prices reasonable. In comparison with the "fancy spa," I received more services for a similar price. read more

clean, efficient, nice however, I have gotten dip powder manicures for years now, and I know for a fact the shape of the nail should be completed before placing the powder. At this location, I commented that the nails were jagged from the nail clipper (going from square to round) and that I wanted them shorter. She assured me that after the powder she was adjust the nails. So I said ok, wondering if she'd do it at the final layer, or after the top coat was placed. Alas, it was after the top coat was placed - so my nails are rough and lifting at the tips already and it's been less than a week. She also used gel top coat instead of powder top coat. I probably won't return despite the locations convenience. read more

Went to QQ Nails twice, both times for a pedicure. The first time I was highly disappointed. It was probably the worst pedicure I had ever gotten, male technician. He was very rough and could not shape nails nor could he paint nicely. I asked him if he could repaint my nails and he did. But the second round was just as bad, if not worse. My second visit (approx 7 months after) decided to give them another shot. WHY DID I BOTHER! Different nail tech (female) convinced me to get a $68 dollar pedicure stated that I needed callus removal. She rushed... the entire pedicure was 30 minutes.I couldn't understand the shape she was going for after I told her square. Too much polish and while I was drying it spread onto my skin. Total disaster... this place is NOT WORTH IT. Over priced garbage work! read more

Where do I begin.... I requested a regular manicure and pedicure immediately they tried to upsell me to a gel manicure which I declined as soon as I declined their demeanor change they obviously wanted me to spend more.... So I sit for my pedicure again tried to upsell me by some lady with an iPad. Apparently the color I had picked for my toes was an extra $10 as it was supposed to last 2 weeks and non chipping- which you will see by the picture the nail polish chipped within 2 days. After my pedicure I wanted the same color for my nails which i was told would be another additional $10 which is absurd??? $20 extra for both nails and toes for this nail polish no thank you. I opted for a basic nail polish instead for nails, the lady clearly rushed, painted right over my cuticles which I complained about and than she rolled her eyes when I said something. The paint job looked like a 2 year old did it. 3 days into my vacation almost every nail had chipped, the pain job was horrific and I was out $68 dollars a complete rip off. The only reason I tried this place was because it looked super clean, and well put together but truly save your money and go somewhere else. Won't be returning. read more

Not sure why there's such a big discrepancy between the google rating and yelp, but I went here today for a gel manicure and pedicure and had an overall good experience. It was very clean and orderly. TONS of dip powders and gel colors on display. I got an ombré gel that they said was new and I'm pleased with the results. why would any business , one that accepts walk ins and advertises everywhere, accept appointments at 6 pm if you cannot accommodate it - in the sense of requiring a deposit and accepting an appointment for that time knowing full well how long it should and may take , and not giving decent service ? I watched them approach someone and ask if they can pay because they're closing soon, as if she was going to run out the door with wet feet ? The lady whose nails was being done came out nice but there was a 'TIMED 5 minute massage', ONE minute of scrubbing calluses, and no hot towel or exfoliation . I suppose you have to book a $90 pedicure instead of a $65 gel pedicure to get a massage. Absolutely horrendous, save your time and go elsewhere where you won't be rushed based on fitting your schedule around their business hours & being timed for a massage or asking them to do things they already know they should be doing. read more

Went a few days ago to get Gel-X Extensions, they have all since fallen off less than 5 days later. During the appointment she accidentally cut my cuticle with the e-drill, but I didn't realize how badly she had cut up my cuticles until I got home. Basically all of my fingers were sore and cut up. nice staff but the place was so dirty. nail clippings, nail dust....they clearly don't clean between appointments. the guy at the front desk said they clean in the morning...I was there in the morning and it was not clean. I will NEVER go back here again. gross. read more

One of the worst manicures I have had. I had a regular manicure and pedicure. I think the guy who did my manicure was named frank. I will post photos. Horrendous.... It looked nothing like a professional did it. It was the sloppiest manicure I have ever gotten. My daughter was also unhappy. He left my cuticles looking crazy. He left the sides of my nails unpainted. I do not recommend wasting your money at this salon. read more
