The spa is clean and comfortable. Angela provided a very professional level Swedish massage. She asked me about any problem areas and I told her tightness in my shoulders. She was able to get the very stubborn knots out of my shoulders which made me feel wonderful. The parlor has clean rooms, clean sheets, a comfortable massage table, relaxing music and Angela checked in on me throughout the massage to make sure I was comfortable and the level of pressure was good. I really enjoyed my time at Pearl Massage and will become a repeat customer. I would recommend this place for your next massage and go for 60 minutes.

I've been going here for a few years and this will be last time…read more My masseuse Wally was eating food during my massage.. I noticed every few minutes he stopped and I heard a sound like wrapper crinkling. First I was tried to block it out and convince myself it was nothing, but then I started smelling the food. When he took his next "mini lunch break" I got up and asked him if he was eating. He quickly tried to hide it and denied it. When he did it again I stopped the massage altogether. I spoke to the first desk lady. She apologized and didn't charge me anything. While I was talking to her, Wally tried multiple times to defend himself and I shut it down because he would flip flop between making excuses or just denying it saying he was only drinking sips of his soda. Crazy because 3 secs ago I saw a burger wrapper with fries inside before he threw it out. Eventually he got frustrated and drove off and left the place during his shift.... I wish I was making this stuff up.

They sent us to the artesia and Crenshaw location. Which was no problem since I know my way around the area. My friends were scared though. They thought this area was sketch compared to where we ares staying. I assured them not to worry it's pretty safe. I grew up around here. We wanteda 60 mins foot massage, including back. The photos on here said 40.00 or 42.00 if using card for an hour foot massage including body. But when we arrived they told us it's 50.00 and 52.00 if we use card. We said forget , and did foot only no back for 32.00 for 30 mins because we used cards. Our services were just ok. It felt rushed more than relaxing. Will we be back probably not.

The front desk told me the same. She said there was no time to do my other side!(???) I told her that is not true the therapist should balance it out. I have been getting massages for 42 years and this was the most painful and weird appointment in my life. My neck and shoulders on my right side are giving me trouble now. I will go someplace else to get this fixed. I paid and tipped. BEWARE they want everyone to buy 90 minutes or IT'S NOT ENOUGH TIME. This place is not cheap either.

No feet (which was fine, I didn't want a foot massage). She checked in with me numerous times to see how I was doing. I did tell her to go harder when she got to my problem area. If you're looking for a zen, singing bowl, incense burning place, this isn't it. If you're looking for a good, get the kinks out, this is the place. One reviewer complained about the price. Idk where they're from but $70 for an hour is a great price. And tipping? Heck yeah! You should absolutely be tipping the person giving you a massage. It's a physical job. I honestly left feeling much better than when I went it. Usually when I leave a massage, there's still an achy area. Sheila got me feeling good. Thank you so much!

He also asked if we wanted to be in the same room or separate rooms. We didn't mind either way, so we were put in separate rooms. The massage was fantastic. The masseuse kept checking in to make sure the pressure was okay. I really liked the hot stones, which were included in the original price. So relaxing!
