Literally we just received the mobile boiler unit. Elevator never works. We have elderly people here that are literally stuck in their this woman has gone into units and removed people's belongings, which is an illegal eviction. She's changed locks to this building. Gave anyone a copy and that's the main entrance to the I recently survived the fire and a flood shortly after replacing what was lost in the fire, my landlord provided me with a falsified documents and in that document she wanted to raise my rent just so she can gain more money I refuse to sign. I refuse to submit that I am currently seeking a class action lawsuit as I am not the only tenant in this building and we have come together to put a stop to this. We have scaffolding around our building due to the fact someone was already a brick and there's still no work being done on this building. There's mold and several unit units that have children. Affected healthwise there's elderly people that are mistreated because they don't have a voice and God help me if I have to be that voice to make this changed and so be it. Game on I've been living here for 6+ years now there's people that have been living in these conditions for 30+ years. I was starstruck so I didn't say anything. When you're a kid, it's so cool to see a celebrity in real life. The whole thing was so normal, no pretentious behavior or "do you know who I am" stuff. Chuck Scarborough was one of New York's greatest broadcast journalists - so consistently professional and reassuring. After over 50 years, he finally retired. Whoever hired him at NBC made the right call. NBC also produced the show Law and Order - great series especially the ones with Jerry Orbach as Detective Lennie Briscoe (one of the best actors in the history of crime television; he unfortunately passed in 2004). And Late Night too. Lots of great shows on NBC.

I'm so unhappy it's going off the air after 17 years and 2000 shows. I'm watching the summer reruns and hoping I can find it on UTUBE in the future. I would love to watch the old shows from years ago. Watching it I loved to vicariously visit the Troubadour and other music venues. I got to see unknown bands and learn a lot about the latest movies, actors, comedians, and creative talents in the entertainment industry. I'm going to miss Last Call a lot. I hope NBC or another network develops a show similar. We need another show like American Bandstand or Soul Train but with the additional range of interests that were provided on Last Call. I've done green screen projects, live streams as well as live broadcasting from their studio and the quality was on par with traditional broadcast networks. In fact, HBO has used them because they are that good. I really like using them and their rates are really fair.

It is in a dingy dark basement and very dirty, yucky atmosphere. The staff is extremely unexperienced and unprofessional. We also definitely got roofied last night there I think to make us laugh. This was a very unbearable show. We left early and we're up all nite with heart palpitations and headaches. These are new and just starting comedians. Not funny in the slightest.
