When I ordered a sofa from QM, Missy Fitzgerald probably thought it was an easy sale! When it arrived with flaws, I started to call her with my concerns. I HATE complaining. I felt awful, but I knew things had slipped by inspectors at the factory. She NEVER made me feel like a jerk or that I was a pain. She stuck by me, and worked hard to make sure I was taken care of. Very disappointing! Worked with a designer that left midway through our contract and I was never notified. It wasn't until I called and finally got the owner to ask why the designer was not returning calls or emails that she told me the designer had left over a month ago. When I asked the owner why no one contacted me she offered no explanation. We came to an agreement on a partial refund of my money and she said she would immediatey send it. I reminded her after 6 weeks that I did not receive the check. All correspondence has gone unanswered and now 3 months later, I have received nothing. I would not recommend this place--customer service is nonexistent and obviously not important! read more

What a awful experience! I signed up to work with a designer who quit and I was never notified. After several unanswered emails and messages, I finally got a hold of the owner who brushed it off as an 'oversight'. I asked for reimbursement of the funds I paid for but did not receive service for she agreed to send them immediately. I waited approx. 6 weeks for a check that was never going to come. I re-sent my contact information in case she misplaced it and still no reply. This is several months later and I am resigned to the fact I will never see that money. The customer service is poor and communication is non-existent. I would make sure for any work you are promised that you receive itemized invoices and pay as you go ONLY! read more
