Prices are VERY high--often at or even above retail for many items, which defeats the purpose of shopping secondhand. You're better off buying brand new in some cases. It feels more like a boutique trying to cash in on the thrift trend than a store genuinely serving the community with affordable options. I'm speaking to the overt and offensive racism I overheard the workers there speaking while I was in the store. I honestly have never heard such direct discriminatory stereotyping in my life. Maybe they thought it was OK because I am a 'white' person, but we are all people and it is not OK.
