I've been coming to Qi Wei Kitchen for over 15 years, and it remains one of my favorite dry pot spots. The food is always flavorful, fresh, and consistently delicious. Their mala dry pot is packed with ingredients and full of authentic flavor. The service is super friendly, the portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. Great food, great value, and always worth coming back for more. Highly recommended.
This place is a hidden gem! We also have great experience here. The food is fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. We order the spicy flavor and added tripe, catfish and beef. I really enjoyed the variety of ingredients in this pot. The portions are generous and the service is very friendly. Definitely a great spot for enjoying a meal with family or friends. I'll definitely be coming back!
The food is good and has a large variety to choose from. You can adjust the spicy level as well as flavors. The waitress is friendly as well. She gives advice on food portions, so we know how much to order. The store looks clean and every table has hand sanitizer.
Small and unassuming restaurant, don't just walk past! Quiwei is one of my go-to places I recommend when I'm hanging with a small group of friends and family! Asian mother and father approved. Delicious and highly recommend.
Probably the best dry pot place in Rowland heights area. The seasoning was so delicious in the dry pot. We got a variety of veggies and meat in our pot. I feel like because we got so much, they didn't put a lot of each since it would over fill. So please be mindful of how much you order! The ambiance was pretty good and it is family friendly.
The food is very spicy love it! The two combo is good for two and restaurant is clean and bright! If you don't know what to eat this is the best option!
Absolutely loved this malatang / dry pot spot! The 香锅 was super flavorful and fragrant, with the perfect balance of spicy and savory Every ingredient tasted fresh, and I liked that you can pick exactly what you want -- tons of options from meats and seafood to veggies and noodles. The portion size was generous, and everything was cooked evenly and coated in sauce. We chose medium spicy and it had a great kick without being too overwhelming. Service was fast and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you're craving spicy dry pot, this place definitely hits the spot. Will 100% come back again
First time here and I was impressed! The mala xiang guo had great flavor and the perfect level of spice. The skewers were great, and the fried buns with condensed milk were so good. Everything tasted fresh and the service was friendly. Looking forward to coming back!
Food are authentic! Specially the dry pot is mixed with different meats. And Wuhan hot dry noodles is pretty authentic

Totally disappointed. First order came in a full A4-sized box, worth the price. That's why I trusted them again. Second order? Portion shrank by two-thirds, even after I added $10 worth of extra veggies (eggplant & bean curd). Felt completely ripped off. Greedy and untrustworthy -- never ordering again. read more

Foods are fresh and delicious. The Mala Xiang Guo (Spicy Stir-Fry) tastes amazing! It's spicy and numbing enough, fragrant and appetizing, and the spiciness is very satisfying but not pungent, making it so addictive you can't stop eating it. read more

Was craving mala dry pot and this restaurant popped up. Ordered to go of the beef and tripe combo (garlic, mild spicy) and it was ready for pick up in 15 min. Flavors were on point, this is one of the places that seasons well and not overly salty! Beef was sliced thinly and tripe was cooked to perfection - pretty good portions of protein. We normally order mild spicy because medium can sometimes just be too hot and not enjoyable but the mild here was very mild so medium is probably perfect. Would come back for more. read more

We got the griddles cooked catfish / 香鍋鯰魚 and Griddle Cooked Beef and mutton combo. It was our first time trying the catfish and it was sooo good, the fish was very fresh and flavorful, we got the seafood sauce with it. The beef and mutton combo is usually our go-to order and as usual it was very good. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. They were very attentive . We also got their shrimp fried rice as well which was very good, they put a generous amount of shrimp. Our bill came out to alittle over $100 which was for 5 adults and 1 child. Overall it was very pleasant experience and amazing food! I definitely recommend checking this place out read more

Located in the Yes Plaza so they have plenty of parking available. It's a small restaurant with a few tables. They specialize in dry pot and spice. Their spice levels are much more spicer than the usual so be aware of that. We opted for no spice in our pot and asked for a side of spice to dip. We got the large dry pot with catfish and beef for $37.99 and any more additional items cost $14.99. Taste and flavor is pretty good but I felt like there wasn't enough of the proteins. This pot is really a surprise! I ordered a pair of bullfrog and beef. The bullfrog meat is tender and firm, without fishy smell, and the beef is full and delicious.
