History
Established in 2024.
My journey into Qigong began in 2020, just a few weeks after the world shut down during the pandemic. What started as a personal practice quickly became a daily source of strength, helping me move with greater ease, breathe more deeply, and find a sense of calm.
As I experienced these benefits for myself, I felt called to share this practice with others. In 2024, I became a Holden Qigong Tier 1 Certified Instructor after completing 200 hours of training. I am currently continuing my education through the additional 300 hour Tier 2 Advanced Instructor Training.
I am also a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where people of all experience levels can experience the many benefits of Qigong.
Meet the Business Owner: Sue B.
One of the greatest joys of teaching is watching someone discover that it's never too late to feel better in their body. Whether it's taking a deeper breath, moving with greater ease, improving balance, or simply feeling calmer at the end of class, those moments are what inspire me.
I believe Qigong should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, experience, or fitness level. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where people feel encouraged, not intimidated, and can experience the powerful connection between movement, breath, and well being.
Nothing brings me more happiness than seeing students leave class standing a little taller, smiling a little brighter, and feeling more at home in their own bodies.
