I had a small crack on the stove top . He set the old microwave on top on the stop top and made the cook top unusable by caving in the top where is was usable before. He even said " not the smartest move I guess" So I had to get a new stove. I requested sliders so the wood floor would not be scratch. Possible rear filler kit. I was told I was making it too complicated. They did end up leaving a big scratch on the floor and there is a gap between the back wall and the stove. The same cocky confrontational young man said the scratch was the old stove. Not the stove its the men moving it. They really were in a hurry to go on to the next delivery and did not want to address my concerns at all. Thier only redeeming quality was they spoke englixsh.

It took them 2 days to show up resulting in a warm frig and food loss $$$. He never looked for the problem, just checked the temp and declared it "working fine"! Since they only accept cash or check, we had little leverage to get a refund. Essentially, this is a very "old school" man working with a younger technician who actually does the work. George S. can be gruff, grumpy, forgetful and can't be bothered with this new-fangled "customer service" stuff. We will no longer work with vendors who do not accept debit or credit cards. We also have a dishwasher control panel refusing to change functions without having to slam the door, which is frustrating. Both repair estimates were more than fair, but based on Shawn's information and guidance, we are putting off the minor inconveniences and looking into replacements in the not too far distance. It is not often any more that a company has such integrity to look out for the customer's well-being over a buck. I guarantee I would not have had a similar experience with a different company. This young man was not only prompt and courteous, he was also extremely knowledgeable about appliances and thoroughly explained what he was doing, how to prevent issues in the future, and he reassured me that the foul water in my washer would not remain in the machine, ruining the machine or clothes. He told me how to run the machine several times with bleach on the hot setting before putting my clothes into the machine. Between Jewelry, makeup and accessories, I've literally need more space. Hubby graciously remodeled our bedroom closet just for me. The entire closet and moved his closet to the 2nd bedroom. He build me extra shelving and storage space for shoes and my purses. We did purchase the closet decor from Home Depot. Hubby added his own touch to make it - Wow just for me. Both selections to choose from where in my price range. When you add all the additional features needed for sturdiness, rods and shelves. It can become a little pricey. But, we pay for what we like. Either the owner does not want business, or they have an employee that is supposed to open the store, but is not doing their job. Either way, this owner needs to decide if they want customers to come back, and if they do, they need to open during their advertised hours. Two other frustrated customers pulled up in cars while I was was there, and they were also quite frustrated as to why the store doesn't open on time.

No Thanks. Came across Burchfield from a client I was servicing who had a wonderful job done for them that had resulted from a lightning strike. I called, they sent an excellent professional who spent 4 hours going through the problem areas and fixing everything for a reasonable charge. He also found some serious outside connections that he showed me that were actually dangerous the way they were. As asked, they came and gave me a reasonable estimate to correct the situation, and accomplished everything in a 2 week time period, including coordinating w FPL to shut down the main line.
