This place was my last option after Nails by Tony.. I been going to Tony for years but lately my nails were super thin and would break easily. First off ; It's Sunday and they are open (Big PLUS since its my only day off.) Quickly I am approached and seated to start with my refill... $15 not bad, right? The guy who started doing my refills told me his name is Chino Cochino. Funny name ehh ? he also gave me a mask (I ask for it) because I'm sick. No biggie! He had no problems with my 11 year old sitting next to me to watch. I had regular Black Licorice polish before with Tony but this time I wanted Black Licorice Matte finish which then he bumped the price to $24 -- hmmm $9 for matte finish? Okay!? Yes its Qeen nails. Q-E-E-N no U I have been going to this place for as long as I can remember. What keeps me coming back more than anything is the staff, other than the great way my nails and eyebrows look. They know everybody that walks through the door (or they make you feel that way). They always remember the smallest details, like "How's work at so and so place?". They actually name the name of the place not just "How's work?" I really like that. They offer lots of services like gel nails, pink & white, waxing... and so much more. The last time I went they charged me $12.00 for a re-fill which is not bad at all. I broke my nail the day after, I went to get it fixed and they told me "don't worry we'll take care of it." They didn't charge me a thing to repair my nail. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! This place is by 37th ave & 7th street, so prepare yourself for chongas, screaming kids, and people trying to sell you anything from roses to burnt DVDs. I found this place because I was in the area, and had some time to get my nails done. Once you get past the odd spelling of the place, and crowded and obnoxious parking lot - it's pretty good. I had my own nail polish - so I can't speak for their selection. Got mani and pedi for $30 and was out on time. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. My nails look good - and it served it's purpose, I got to sit around for an hour letting someone else paint them for a change. Only thing is that the place is Cash Only. I don't mind that - but don't tell me while you're finishing up my nails. Post a sign somewhere. Luckily my friend was able to spot me, so we wouldn't have to go to the ATM inside the nearby liquor store. read more

NEVER come here. Save your time and money, literally anywhere else is better. I was asked to leave because I did not like how the "manicurist" cut and filed my nails (extremely uneven, see photos) and I was filing them myself. One of her coworkers who spoke English came over and told me "where did you do your nails before? You're going to have to go back there so get up and leave we have no time for this". Not to mention it is by far the grossest nail salon I've ever been to and for sure has a million code violations. Went in to do fill in and pedicure. I didn't have to wait at all and it was great BUT as soon as the manicurist started doing my nails i noticed he was doing them uneven and i had to be telling him they were not looking good at all. When i told him one of the nails was uneven he replied with "am getting old and i cant see". When he started applying the gel color it look horrible and i just didn't say nothing else because i was so mad. Once he was done he handed me the ticket to pay and i was like still missing the pedicure he's reply was oh the manager cancel it because there are no more people to do it yo can speak to the manager. I went ahead and spoke to the "manager" and told them why would they let me do my nails if they didn't have someone to do my pedicure? Then they all started to speak on their own language and then the lady said to sit down that someone will do my pedicure. This is the worst place I have been to do my nails. Poor customer service, owners with bad attitude. Don't waste your time and money going here. Very BAD! read more

I went there because I wanted to get my nails done but didn't have a ton of money to throw around on it. I The reviews were right that it's cheap but the service was terrible. The man who did my nails was incredibly rude. When I asked him to change the shape of my nails, he shouted at me about how I should have told him earlier. I think that if I'm paying for the service, I should get what I want. They also allowed for their customer's children to run around screaming and throwing their toys at other customers. The guy that did my nails kept playing a game on his phone while he did my nails... while he took off the polish and while he used the DRILL! He gave me a cut in my finger and was in a hurry, so he did a poor job. He did not apologize. Lastly, my phone got STOLEN by a couple men in that shopping center after I got my nails done. He was unfriendly and his guy friend kept coming over and talking really loud and hovering. The nail salon even had football on. I have never found a better nail salon than this, and boy oh boy have I had some horrible experiences! The staff here is hilarious and all do an amazing job. I have been going there since I was in high school when they were in a different location. They do eyelash extensions which are great and cheap. I decided to try somewhere new from the regular place I do my nails and I regretted the decision the moment I walked in. The place looks worn down. The seats to do your pedicure look like they're from 1980, the nail polishes look old and crusty. The person doing my full set didn't cut my nails short how I would've liked because "he couldn't make it work." I was not happy on how my nails looked, and the pedicure was the worst. My friend does her nails here and said she loved them to try it out... Worst decision I ever made. Walked into this place and they don't accept credit cards, only cash. An older lady took care of me, she was so sweet and took her time my mani is beautiful... But there was a man with nasty toes next to me.. That it seemed like he was getting surgery on his big toe or something. The lady that was doing my pedicure stopped in the middle of my pedi to work on his.... and I was like um wtf... I was on my phone so I can't remember if she used the same tool on me when she finished with him. Anyways she went ham on my big toe telling me I had an ingrown nail... Mind you I never felt any pain on my toe nails before.. I'm pretty sure I didn't have an ingrown.Then she started chopping the side off and digging deep under my nail. I'm sure they don't clean their tools. Because my toe the next day was super big and swollen. I could barely walk on it and two days later I noticed my skin is stuck to my toe nail and I pull it to the side and a big squirt of puss came out. Disgusting. I love this place!! yes it can get kind of busy but that's just about every nail shop in Miami. What has me going back is the staff more than anything. I've had a couple concerns and every time I address something to them they immediately take care of the problem. Has only happened twice. The guy that does my pedi always remembers that I love a massage with lots of pressure. They all also know how I like my nails done and the color. The customer service here is really good. read more
