Due to craving, I opted for the chili dog, which, is sitting in my passenger seat right now, which I can't finish it. And it's not even the foot-long. Think about it size matters when it comes to dogs lol. The food was out promptly. My server did not give me her name and she did not want a tip! Just wanted to help me she kept calling me, sir and when I said call me Brad she said I couldn't remember everybody's name. I see a lot of people; and she said it's so innocently. I was like I'm not affronted by that whatsoever. So excellent service- - she even got me ice water cause I was sort of parched from riding in the convertible. Again, no opportunity for a tip she wouldn't wouldn't take it. It's like it was her personal mission to just help us and she didn't care about any monetary or kind of any kind of gain. The food. Excellent. As I stated above half my chili dog is not eaten yet. We're gonna try after I write this review and it's not gonna be easy folks. And then the tots again I've got about three left and I've had my fill of tots. Picture yourself at the movies and you get the large popcorn you need about 3/4 of a box and then you're like uck!! But the taste on point the perfect crispiness yes whoever made them knew how to pull a basket out of a bin expediently. And again let's talk about the shake. I saw that they had a new limited edition burger that I had to try and am I glad that I did. A TRUE GAME CHANGER: The Pepper Grinder Pub Burger. It was so good that I bought another on my way home to Chicago. But it wasn't just the burger that was impressive. The clerk at Register #3 at the 1 PM hour was very friendly and referred to my LA GUNS shirts and talked about how much he likes the band and wanting to see them live. My friend who was driving on this long road trip had the Mushroom and Swiss Melt which is her favorite and she mentioned how rare it was to have very friendly and pleasant service something that is very unfamiliar at a particular Chicago location. When my boyfriend worked third shift, I would drop him off at BK where he would chill and just drink iced coffee for 3 hours before his shift started. They were fine with him waiting around, and actually gave him free food on occasion when they made something incorrectly. Can't complain there. That's what bumped this up from 2 to 3. I would recommend just waiting in the lobby where you can at least enjoy the A/C and a couple of free refills before your food comes up.
