Since these were open-faced wantons this was important to keep the balance of each each Wonton 's flavors just right. Oh! The red sauce the meat was in was Kung-Fi Sauce. It was very flavored so in that sense spicy and for me any more of whatever brought the heat might be too much, but this certainly was Master sauce. Steak Fries was the other appetizer.
