Horrible customer service. We visited this location around 2pm. The restaurant was full of staff, who ignored everyone in line and instead focused on all the to-go orders. NEVER acknowledging the massive line of customers lined up. Then once they prepared our food it sat on the expo line waiting to be checked out. Our food waited, as we starred at it getting cold, while the staff assembled and packaged to- go orders. Ridiculous! Let me pay and eat my damn food, while it's still hot! Never apologizing for the wait or even smiling. Horrible staff, who needs to be retrained in customer service and friendliness. read more

I was looking forward to trying out this place; however, our uber eats order was quite underwhelming. The bowl barely came with any rice, instead, it was a loaded bean bowl. The texture was full on mushy. :( The quesadilla on the other hand was just alright - the flavor was mild.. and lacked seasoning. Went there for the first time with a co- worker. I'll NEVER go back. The food had absolutely NO seasoning, and no taste. Bland beyond measure. The guy making the bowl didn't speak English, so, that in itself was irritating. Way over priced. I was charged $16.95 for a burrito bowl, my co-worked got the same thing, and was charged $13.90. When I asked why hers was $3 cheaper, I was told because she got a protein bowl. Again, the same exact thing I got, except I didn't say "protein bowl". It wasn't until I argued that she and I got the same bowl, that the mgr. offered to refund part of my money back. I'll stick to Chipoltle, their food 100x better, as are their prices. I ordered through grub hub and didn't really get what i ordered. I ordered the taco soup and they called and left a message saying they were out i didn't see it until after the food was on it's way (my fault). Qdoba is a burrito, taco, and nacho chain. They make the food in front of you and custom to your order. I am a regular here and I have never experienced undercooked meat. I also have used their catering and it has always been a big hit! The store is always clean and service is fast. I recommend the steak queso burrito with guacamole! read more

Came for din din with the hubs was greeted with a hello , drinks self serve always a plus with me . Service wasn't bad either they were super fast with making my bowl and husband's burrito. I've never been to a chipotle (I know I know a crime) but my husband said it's the same lay out but he said and I quote "way cheaper and they don't skim on the meat." The one thing I didn't like was that the place was super messy and dirty for the sitting area, the self serve drink station didn't have any silverware or napkins we had to ask which is fine but there was also a lot of spilled soda all over the counter. Now I highly recommend taking this to go just because we couldn't find a clean table and if we thought we did there was chips or left over food from the people prior. Now they do offer vegan choices which I'll probably go back to try. All and all prices were good and they had a good variety of choices . read more

Poor at best, basically a worse version of chipotle. The spoons that they use are smaller than the ones at chipotle which leads to a smaller burrito the taste is also just not there. it's in the middle of the road between taco bell and chipotle. it's a bit better than taco bell, but definitely not as good as chipotle. the "freshness" is also to be a bit lacking. They overcook their meat, maybe trying to mask old meat? Either way it doesn't taste good. Qdoba's famed "Queso burrito" is basically cheap gas station queso poured into a subpar burrito to cover up the subpar tastes. NOT RECOMMENDED read more

I literally love qdoba I have worked at qdoba before (not this location) but I always have some sort of issue at this location,last time I came in ,two of the people on the line were wearing air pods I thought that was really unprofessional and rude. And omg every single time I've tried to order online to beat the long ass line they always miss at least one item, and today I ordered online I got a chicken bowl with extra chicken , I didn't even get the extra portion and my chicken was BURNT and super dry I couldn't even eat it , and they missed a topping on the bowl which was sour cream so over all it was hella dry I couldn't eat it. read more

This Qdoba is the best Qdoba in the state. The staff are incredibly well trained and friendly. The owner is awesome, and every time he is in the store he personally thanks me for eating there and makes me feel like a valued customer. It seems like everyone who works here is extremely well trained and do a fantastic job. I would specifically like to shout out to Zyn'Torion and Isabel. These two always go above and beyond to make me (and other guests) feel welcomed and valued. They always remember what I order and are making my food before I even get to the counter. We used to love Qdoba. Back around 2008-ish, they were our go-to fast casual restaurant. So of course we were excited when lunch time rolls around and we happen to roll past a Qdoba while out of town. First complaint- I do not see the word "naked" anywhere on their menu. What happened??? Fundamentalists complained? Gosh, we even created a home version of the Naked Chicken Burrito and its famous! Sigh. Second complaint- no ancho chili. Whaaaaaaat?? Third complaint- I ordered a ground beef burrito bowl (Naked Beef Burrito Bowl) and I noticed how dry the beef was at the top. Luckily she scooped into the center. But they'd only been open a half hour! How old was this meat? And holy heck, it was So Greasy. Fourth complaint- no flavor. None of us enjoyed our meals. My husband is furious we spent over $40 on this mess. We threw leftovers in the trash. Fifth complaint- before leaving, I ran into the bathroom as an employee was leaving it. I did my thing and went to wash my hands but there was no soap. None at all. It was bone dry. The employee never mentioned it. Hmm. Maybe she went to get the soap and would be waiting outside? I mean, how did SHE wash her hands? There is a sign on the door stating that employees must wash their hands. So I leave, and I look for her. She isn't concerned about soap in the least! She's working in the kitchen. So I shudder and leave. Gloves or no gloves, that's disgusting. read more

If there was a rating option less than 1 star, even that would be high. Horrible, horrible, horrible and unacceptable service. The individuals preparing the orders do not look up, do not acknowledge the customer, and certainly have no interest in taking an order. I've never experienced anything like this in any fast food restaurant. The male employee who should have been taking the order, never looked up, never spoke a word to say "I'll be right with you", but continued to prepare to go orders. His two co-workers (female) stood and talked to each other, while a young girl waited at the register for an unacceptable amount of time. One of the women chatting had a clear vision of the young girl standing there waiting, but never stopped talking to tell her co-worker. Just totally unbelievable and unacceptable. After standing and waiting for some time to place our order, and coming to the conclusion there was no interest in taking our order, we left. This was the second visit to this location (last year) where we experienced this very same type of customer service - none. We gave it one more opportunity today but never again. You need to seriously address this directly with the employees at the location - they should be trained on customer service or fired. Your replies here with other negative reviews mean nothing since it seems to continue to occur. I'm not interested in a free meal or an excuse. read more
