We went to get food yesterday and the cashier Sidel was very rude. We gave her a code from the app which we use very often and she wouldn't even put the code on the computer she just kept saying it had already been used which it wasnt because we had it less than a minute. Its very rude honestly we are trying to get our food and if you dont want to work there doesnt mean its the customer's fault we go there to eat not for the attitude. I tried to call to speak to a manager and submit a complaint and the line is always busy can never get an answer. read more

I LOVE THIS MCDONALDS!!!! I stopped getting my iced vanilla coffee a long time ago because every McDonald's seem to make it very inconsistent. I've come everyday for almost 2 weeks they are great!! Your employees are kind and patient, they are quick and efficient. It is also the same coffee everyday which I really appreciate. They definitely deserve props. Good fast food workers are hard to come by. Appreciate who you have on your team because they deserve the good recognition. read more

I had a curbside pick up today using the mobile I had only ordered 3 items. A chicken sandwich a small mc flurry and a M Fry that I used the app for a free fry Friday, I sat in the #1 spot for about 8 minutes, and the guy who came out to give me my food said that the employees inside had forgotten about me and didn't tell him I was outside waiting, I drove home without looking in the bag. They forgot my free fry that used the app for, the only reason I went to mc Donald's today was for the free Friday deal and they forgot 1/3 items, how in the world do you do that they're also lucky I like mayo cause they put I kid you not about 5 squirts on my sandwich when I didn't ask for extra. 7/15 So they have started policing sauces here. That is not even the worse part of the visit today. Today, I ordered 2 bacon McDouble add extra cheese, 2 large fries, and a peach smoothie. I asked for hot mustard as we do EVERY time. We ask for hot mustard as we usually do. I asked for three since my daughter and I both ordered large fries. I saw the charge and asked about it at the menu and was told that they have to charge for it and we get one per ordered. I explained that there was two of us and pulled forward. We were quickly handed my daughter's smoothie. Which was fantastic. 5 minutes later we were finally brought of food. Wow. I'm concerned about the drive time at this location. I again ask if I could please get another sauce since there was 2 of us in the car. I was told again that is was one per order. Even if there was two people. I told the girl that it was pretty dumb that we couldn't each have ONE with our order. Still not even mad. Just disappointed. Then the shift supervisor butts in and said "what did she say?" So I stopped my car and told her "I said that it was pretty dumb that we couldn't get one sauce for each of us" her response was "it's for nuggets". I said it is still pretty dumb. As I drove away she said "you're dumb". Guess what we couldn't even eat the fries they were undercooked. Undercooked! Barely salted if at all. They definitely did not follow the procedures for salting these fries. Which is precisely why we ask for the hot mustard when we order in the first place. Thanks a lot! Worst customer service. The music is actually wonderful staff is great the coffee is fresh breakfast parfait is the best little treat I've ever has for just $1! While waiting in line at the drive-thru, I gained a better understanding of why the lines is long and orders at this location are wrong a lot. The car in front of me on March 1st pulled up to the wait area, food went back and forth. The thing that stood out was three different managers interacting with these 2 customers. The first manager was yelling while the second stood to the side, then a female manger came out, yelled and finished with cussing. This helped me decide to not spend any more time or money at this McDonald's. McDonald's, you need to hire classier managers. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? read more

I went thru the drive thru today, which is always swamped and slow service. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. Asked to leave off tomato, but to add onions and pickles. To my surprise there was a 10 cent add on fee for the things I added. I get that, generally, when you ask for something extra. However, what infuriated me was that there was not a deduction for leaving off the tomato. I saved them money on an item, but then they wanted to charge me for onion and pickle? Hmm. Seems absurd. Should at least be an offset. I applaud Chik-fil-A for their attitude about this. They give you credit when you leave off things but really charge you if you add. Something most restaurants should learn to do. Good business practice to me. I complained to the teenager who was manning the drive thru, he said, "I don't make the rules dude." I said, "no, but you can inform the manager." Which I doubt he did. Last Friday, I went through and got charged almost double bc I changed from a medium fry to a small fry on a meal. Instead of informing me that it would raise the cost of the meal, the girl just charged me. $4.58 for a fish sandwich, small fry and a tea. $7.63 total. Something not right in Denmark. I think I won't be going here anymore. They need to get their act together, take care of customers and train their staff better. Chik-fil-A has blocks of people in their drive thru, and getting them out in record speed....all other fast food needs to learn some new business practices, if you ask me. read more

I don't know why people are so hard on their reviews. It is McDonald's... you know what you are getting as far as food goes. That being said, the difference between stores is the people who work there.... the men and women that work tirelessly for a low wage trying to satisfy our cravings on a budget. This location is ALWAYS clean, both the restaurant and the restrooms. The staff are always courteous and willing to help. If anything is wrong with the order, that are willing to help you. Anything you want is not available, they'll help you. You could go to the McDonald's access the street inside Walmart and get the same food, but this location always has good, soft music, nice employees and clean facilities... and it is close to work (conveniently located for me ) Update to my review: staff must have changed. In my last few visits they have not been as superb as in the past. Downgraded to 4 stars for staff. McDonald's is McDonald's do I won't rate the food. read more

After waiting in line in the drive thru for several minutes, two other cars in front of us left. We decided it might be faster to go in and make the order to go. My husband entered the store where there was absolutely no one inside the store. Employees ignored him, saying nothing. He waited 5 minutes. He gave up. He turned to walk out and one of the employees yelled out, "hope you've got all day to wait!" We left and went to chick fila. Where the line was much longer and we didn't wait nearly as long. My understanding is that McDonald's is a franchise. The owner of this particular store needs to reevaluate the running of the store and the hiring of their employees. read more

Lousy, lousy, LOUSY!!!! If I could rate this location any lower, I would! Since when does a manager blame getting the wrong order on the customer instead of the employee who put it through the window? That employee gave us the wrong order (rather than throw it away) as a courtesy for us being late for a doctor's appointment. We thought that was generous and kind of this mcdonalds until the "manager" Kevin came out and demanded the food back. We were told to wait while they corrected the mistake. After waiting a few minutes, we were started eating the wrong order in an effort to be on time for my husband's doctor's appointment. When kevin saw that, he started screaming and became demanding. The young managerial trainee, Brandon was very courteous while watching his manager meltdown. After we thought the matter was already resolved (and we were STILL waiting) someone named Carmen came out. She was hostile and told us to "kiss @$$". This location has been recently updated with a new lobby and exterior. The menu is the same but the Redbox has been removed, boo. It's pretty clean right now and the tables are all brand new. I'm really liking the new handicap booths which seats six easy. There's a power outlet in the lobby if you need to charge you cell phone or use a laptop. I am absolutely thrilled to write good reviews and share the joy in the positives that go un-noted too often. But sadly, this is my first bad review. This location is closest to me but I prefer the McDonald's at 122nd & Penn. I went to this location last night at 8:53 p.m. and ordered a #5 Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it was the grossest meat I have ever had the misfortune of putting in my mouth. Will post pics. I am honestly so disgusted. I used UberEats to get lunch, and along with it I got a large Dr.Pepper. The ubereats part of this was great, and quick. My meal was packaged nicely and sealed. Once I finished my meal and was done drinking my drink; I lifted the lid to start eating the ice. I found a FLY inside of my cup. Went there tonight and ordered and when I got to the window to pay the worker YELLED at me and told me i was disrespectful and should've been raised better. I am in the fast food business as well, and this is NOT how you talk to a PAYING customer. She was very unprofessional and it made my visit unenjoyable. I was not able to catch her name in the midst of her screaming at me through the window, but she was working headset and the cash register in drive through around 9:45-10:00 pm.
