So sad. We have been regular customers over the years and this place has gone so far downhill. Today was exceptionally sketch. I usually order the burrito bowl with chips but after glancing behind the counter and seeing the dirty aluminum bins filled with their chips sitting on top of each other, and all over the floors and all over the carts I decided not to. The dining room also was giving Sunday morning frat house vibes. Yuck.

Raw meat in my bowl that I half ate

Usually my food is good but today I ate about half of my bowl then took a bite of raw meat I wish I was kidding, by the time I was eating I was at home and they were closed.

Nice brand new restaurant. They are generous with the meat they put inside the burritos. I was disappointed that one of the guys made disparaging remarks towards one employee whom I assume is new, the guy said to another male "oye tienes que estar aqui, esta Vieja no sabe no mierda " ="Hey you have to be here this old woman doesn't know sh*t" there is no reason to call that young lady maybe in her early 20's an old woman and then all of them laughed

We chose to sit at the bar and Kevin did a great job taking care of us. A quick drink and small plate dinner and the evening was perfect. So, lesson to learn: make a reservation if you want a table. The food and drinks are fantastic, and the reputation is well known. Absolutely worth a stop, especially with the warmer weather setting in; outdoor seating is really nice.

Found out tables were only available via reservation which I thought was a bit odd for a Mexican restaurant but we were offered a seat at the bar so we jumped on that. Inside the decor was festive with a number of Frida pictures and great wallpaper in the restroom. We ordered guacamole and tacos. The guacamole came out quickly and was tasty, with a slightly sweet twist due to the pomegranate seeds and chips just as I like them. I ordered the milwalke and manolos bam bam tacos. I preferred the bam bam because it was filled a bit more but I didn't love the mayo based sauce on either. I would've preferred that on the side or, even better, an offering of salsa instead. I would've loved to review their salsa but only heard about it as I was finished up and it was offered to the couple sitting next to us at the bar. I was excited to try here but there were a few misses during our visit so we'll head to other local restaurants when we're in the area for a more satisfying meal next time.

The menu was great, the food was very good and the owner was super friendly.the Greta thing is that you can suck into the adjacent store on the property and grab a cerveza and the food truck will give you a couple plastic cups, limes, and salt if you need it. You could eat it on site or take it to go and eat in the grassy park at a picnic table a block away! The guac and chips, carne asada tacos on corn or flour tortillas were money! We will be back.

We pulled into the parking lot and found a great menu with really reasonable pricing and a super-friendly man in the window. We ordered a Quesidilla and 2 Tacos, both with a bottle of Mexican Coke. I then noticed Churros on the menu board and had to have one of those too. Everything was great! This was a perfect meal for us as we ate at the picnic table in the parking lot. Atmosphere? Actually, really nice! We could people watch and carry on a nice conversation with the man in the window; I wish I remembered his name, but his pride in his work and food was extraordinary! Finding a great Mexican food truck in this little town is a treat, and not one to be missed! No accessibility issues since it is outside and open to all.

There are many dining options in the area, and I have recommended Senor Tomas to many friends over the years. Last night I had an unpleasant experience. I am a (somewhat) senior citizen at 67, and my GF recommended a few alternate places, but it was such a beautiful evening that I recommended that we go to ST and dine on the patio. We walked onto the patio and stood waiting to be seated. My GF has a problem with her foot, and standing and walking can be painful. I asked the waitress/hostess if we could please be seated. She said that someone would seat us. There were 12 or 14 tables and only 2 had people seated at them. We stood there waiting for maybe 5 or 10 minutes, and I finally decided to just seat ourselves (even if temporarily) at a small table with 2 chairs. After a few minutes, the Manager abruptly charged out of the restaurant door to our table with a very angry look on his face. He did not greet us, but instead said "Do NOT seat yourselves, if you do, you run the risk not being noticed or served at all". I corrected him and told him politely in a calm voice that we HAD asked to be seated, but were not, so we sat down. He did not apologize, but left if a huff. I guess the customer is NOT always right. I noticed that the Manager thanked other tables as they left, but he ignored us (fine) We completed our (great) meal, drinks and desert. The bill was over $100, and we tipped generously. Maybe the Manager was having a bad day, but he should not take it out on his customers. I am not sure if we will return to what was one of our favorite local restaurants.

The patio has lots of tables, seating and umbrellas but at the dinner time it's in a nice shade so even on the hottest day it's comfortable eating outside. We are heading to Nixon Park for Thursday night music, but realized that we would rather have a good meal from Señor Thomas, rather than a hotdog or chips from the food truck. We made a wise decision

We popped in on a whim on a recent Friday afternoon and were delighted to be seated on the patio. Our server so friendly and chatty! We only came for drinks and apps, but enjoyed everything. For the apps we got the (recommended) groupers strips, and the crab cakes. I'd order both again for sure. Fresh tasting fish indeed. Not often we're in this area but I'd come back next time we are!
