We stopped in to get a some chips and guacamole. The guacamole is really good and fresh. The chips are good too, and were served warm. So, the food during my visit was good, but they overcharged me for the guacamole and gave me a double portion instead of the single serving that I asked for. I don't think they did that maliciously to get more money out of me (at least, I hope they didn't), so I'll just chalk that up to us both not paying attention. This Qdoba faces a kids playground that the shopping center built recently, and the restaurant has patio seating, so this would be a good place to get some food while your kids play. read more

I stopped in to QBODA to get some Mexican for Cinco de Mayo, and it was a decent experience. I ordered a burrito and it took several minutes to have someone wait on me and start to make my burrito. Once I was helped and the staff made my burrito, everything else was fine. This is a great fast food place for Mexican food and I've always enjoyed coming here for a burrito or taco salad. Everything is fresh and the staff does provide good customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for fresh Mexican food at a reasonable price. It is worth it! read more

Where to begin. The staff looked like they wanted to burn the place down. The dining room was absolutely trashed. Derbies everywhere. The floor was slippery despite it looking like it hadn't been moped in a while. The drink machine was horrendous. The drinks were warm and not fizzy and the ice maker wasn't even on. The Dr Pepper was like muddy water. The food wasn't terrible but I'm sure there was some unidentifiable ingredients. This was a happy surprise. This is like chipotle, but didn't make me sick. My gf and I were at the outdoor mall letting her daughter play in the smartly placed park. We planned on grabbing lunch and decided to get our Mexican Food on. The store was clean, the staff was good and options were excellent. I order the tostada salad with impossible burger grounds, veggies, rice, lettuce, guacamole, corn etc. I was a little excited to get the tostada bowl, I felt like this was a throw back that is due to make a comeback. I get this and a drink and the total was around $10 totally worth it. Please let's replace all Chipotles with this. read more

So I ordered a burrito bowl today. Honestly the food wasn't super bad, some employees weren't wearing face masks properly or at all. I dunno what the protocol for that is anymore, but just wanted to throw that out there. My rice was like hard as plastic and definitely not cooked all the way but that didn't even prepare me for what I found in my bowl. I took out actual plastic out of my mouth. I've always been a fan of Qdoba; even in some of their dicey locations the food is still somehow good. We stopped at the noblesville location on Wednesday night for a bite around 7:30. It was pretty crowded. I ordered the Drunken Chicken Tacos and they did not disappoint. The reason for the 3 star review is because the place is really grimy. Light fixtures covered in a dust/grease coating, food splash on the walls, the grill/stove area was obnoxiously filthy, the floor in the dining area looked like it hadn't been swept in days. But the kicker was the two prep tables blocking the hand sink in the outward facing kitchen. How in the heck can anyone get to the sink to wash their hands? They don't! The food may be good, but that's not good hygiene. read more

This has been my go to place for years. The last several months are horrible. We stood at the counter forever while two employees worked to go orders. Five orders to be exact. The employee didn't look up or say a word until the last order when he said. 'Hang on'. There were 4 employees behind the counter area. The dining area is filthy every time. This visit I asked them to clean up a table so we could sit down. After we sat down 15-20 people came in. The line didn't seem to move much. I love coming to qdoba to get their bowls! Unlike chipotle the guacamole is free! The price is decent, a little more expensive than other Tex-Mex place. I ordered the steak bowl and chicken burrito! It was delicious! The server was new and did not quite know how what he was doing yet. The tortilla was not fully toasted and was falling apart after the second bite. But that's okay, I just turned it into a burrito bowl! The location had very few customers due to the holiday weekend. The bathroom was not clean at all! That is why I've deducted points. The service should have been a little better due to the slow business. The workers lack enthusiasm and it was obvious the kids did not want to be there. Ordered pick/up through Uber Eats. Missing an item upon delivery. Oops. No big deal, delivery driver has me phone the store to get the missing item, only store manager refuses to give it to us. The policy is to REORDER through the app and pay again. THEN work with Uber Eats to get the refund from the original order. Huh? What is the difference WHO picks it up? Would they not have given ME the missing item if I was the one who picked it up? The store manager was atrocious but my Uber driver was AWESOME! Best qdoba I've been to hands down. I work all over the state of Indiana and qdoba is my go to for lunch so I've had a lot of qdoba experiences, This was by far the best. It was super clean but that's not what I cared about. What stuck out the most was the workers. They didn't speak the best English but they were the most competent workers. I ask for both beans so usually my burritos are really runny but he took the time to drain the beans and he also but the beans on last so the wet beans didn't get all over the tortilla. read more

This has got to be the filthiest restaurant I have ever been in. Twice I've tried to chalk it up to them being busy, and both times told the cashier about it. The last time I went (1/15) I was walking out of the door and saw an overrun trash can and dirty tables that by the time I got home I literally threw my food in the trash. The food was good services sucked. Starting from the line server who wouldn't change his gloves and would wipe his hands on his apron. Not to mention he was also wearing earrings, no hair restraint , and a watch. Seems like a cool hip kitchen but these are all health department violations. Coming from one person. My son paid for his food with a $20 bill and he only got change for a $10 bill. He was upset and the Manager said they were too busy to review immediately but that they would review the video tape and refund the money if he was correct. They promised to call him back that evening and never did. My wife called back the next day and spoke with a different Manager and they promised that they would review and get back with us. They never called us back. Two different Managers basically didn't take action on this. Very disappointing. read more
