Got food poisoning a day before the 4th of July. I was not able to go on my trip, and I was unable to leave my bed for 3 days. I have been eating at this Qdoba for 2 years now. Over the past six months, I have had around half of my online orders messed up and everytime I talk to a manager they are extremely rude and not hopeful. The food is very good and the staff is very nice! I love coming to this QDOBA because they are so friendly! One thing I did find in my food today was a dead bug in my lettuce. I have had a past experience with bugs in my food from this place but that was 2 years ago. I stopped in here for lunch today and was appalled by the restaurant. As I waited six feet from the last person, I studied the line and realized that there were no social markings on the floor and the line was quite long with people spaced no further than 2 feet. Although people were masked, I found I could not tolerate this. So I turned around and left. With Covid cases surging, especially in Wisconsin (and Ozaukee County being one of the 3 hot zones in the state) AND considering even the president has recently been infected, you'd think this restaurant would be observing safe distancing. Even if everyone was wearing masks, social distancing is required in buildings. If you are concerned about your health and safety, bypass this location. read more

When I used to live here a few years ago, I would visit weekly to get my taco salad fix. So much so that I swear the employees knew me. This was 2 years ago. Our most recent visit was not so spectacular. We came in a few weeks ago on a Friday night and the place was PACKED. They've changed their menu around a bit since the last time we were in town, so it took my husband a few minutes to order. The employees, who seemed like local teenagers, were rushing to make all the orders. There were 2 people making the food and 1 girl on the register. Some of the employees clearly seemed new, because when my husband asked for the majority of the smoky chipotle cream to be put into his smothered burrito and not so much on top of it, the employee said "No." Flat out. I realize this is Qdoba, not Burger King, but I doubt it'd kill them to make the food the way the customer asks. I have a feeling this may have had something to do with the dictator of a manager that may have scared the employees with his potential wrath.. Speaking of, during this chaotic dinner rush, the manager stood behind the employees, barking orders. He began yelling at the girl on the register to take over food line duty just as we were about to pay. So I awkwardly stood there, waiting for someone to ring me up. Here's a suggestion for management: if the place is busy, don't bark orders to the employees. Perhaps it would be more efficient to stop standing around, dictating and help them? I felt bad for these kids. Customer service jobs are hard enough as it is, having a jerk for a manager just makes it worse. In fact, because of this guy trying to rush his employees, we left feeling very rushed, as well. On the bright side, guacamole is now offered free of charge on everything. read more

This is personally one of my favorite places to eat in the Grafton area. The service is always quick and easy and it is often paired with good food. Every chain restaurant will have its issues but Qdoba always has respectful employees as well as a great atmosphere within the establishment. read more

FILTHY DIRTY! True,,, it was a Friday night at about 7 PM and the place was fairly busy. By the time we got our food, the place had cleared out and what we saw was disgusting. EVERY table in the place was covered with food and used napkins. Food all over the floor. And no effort at all by the employees to do any cleaning. We found a small table in the back that no one had sat at. We proceeded to watch new customers search for the cleanest of the dirty tables. Cups and straws, forks all over the floor near the beverage machine. By the time we left there was only one other couple in the place, no one in line and no employees to be seen anywhere. The place looked like a landfill that had been hit by a bomb and no effort at all to fix it. This place is off our list for good! YUCK! read more

Used to work here a few years ago. Was a well oiled machine.... I was offered manager position multiple times. I know how the place works! Tried going back a couple times to get food since I quit. But this store is an absolute disaster now!! They forgot FIVE things on my order today even though I asked TWICE if they were there! Also (again worked here) but when your making someones food, make it the way as if you were going to eat it. Both quesadillas had a tiny bit of meet on half and none on the other. I would hope by now that everyone has been to a Qdoba Mexican restaurant. If not, you haven't been eating at chain restaurants very often. This place does the same as most in their chain, and it usually seems to be pretty busy. If you end up going later in the evening, you will more than likely hit their dinner rush which leaves them low on food and on the end of their patience. With that being said, the workers at this location are actually quite friendly! The only time you catch them being short is when they are getting slammed. Otherwise I haven't had a bad experience here, it always fits what I expect out of the chain. They could do a better job of anticipating the rushes that they get, but otherwise they are doing the best they can from what I gather. Definitely would not want to stray anyone away from these guys. They are trying hard and do a decent job! read more

I came in on a hectic FRIDAY night, and this place was busy...but ALL the workers behind the counter were in great moods, polite as hell, and fast. There was a machine that was spitting out new orders (I am assuming that it was from on-line sales) and the guy at the start of the line was taking it in stride. Everyone was as cool as cucumbers, and made you feel like you were welcome to be there. You guys should have a tip jar set up, because service here was done right! read more

I ordered to have it delivered by Door Dash. Door dash did great! My food was not good. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl. It was filled with mainly rice and beans, hardly any chicken. Everything I ordered was listed on the sticker; however I did not receive corn salsa, salsa verde, cheese or tortilla strips. The lettuce that was included was disgusting, brown and wilted. It was so disappointing and frustrating to pay that much for the food and have it be in small quantities and missing half of what I ordered. read more

Only thing I can say about this Qdoba is the service can sometimes be slower than most. That being said I think it comes from attention that is given to each customer through the line. The food is always fresh and the staff is more than happy to help you with any request that you have. read more

It's rare that I stop to pick up dinner on my way home from work. But it was a long, stressful day so I decided to treat myself. I won't be back to this location. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and guacamole and chips. I was very surprised at the small portion and the high price. When I got home I counted 11 pieces of chicken. Maybe the skimpy serving and no response when I said something to the person making the bowl was unique to this location. I won't return. read more

Used to be fast, clean and friendly but is now filthy, slow and sullen. 3pm, no customers, every table is dirty and the food prep area is disgusting? Last time the attitude of the workers was belligerent and slow and when I told them most of the syrups were out in their machine they said, yeah, we know" and walked away. First time I have ever tried this place. I have been to chipotle a million times, so that's what I would compare it to. I ordered one the chicken BBQ burrito. The rice looked like it was spanish rice, but it ended up being brown rice. I was surprised they didn't give very much meat also. I was disappointed, although the service was great. read more

I've been going here since they opened and have watched the quality and cleanliness continue its downward spiral. The place has just gotten dirty and never seems to be cleaned. Don't take my word for it, just look at the sneeze guards, the food on the walls and under the beverage cooler and stoves behind the counter. I called the corporate office a few weeks ago to make them aware and they told me a district manager would call me back within a couple of days. I never heard anything back to date. I went in tonight to take a peek and nothing has changed. If they are willing to allow the nastiness to accumulate where customers can plainly see it, it makes you wonder what goes on in the kitchen unseen. The last time I went, they were peculiarly closed on a Monday for "remodeling". Now it makes me wonder if they had health violations. I won't be back for some time, if ever. read more

Again as a family of five you can only imagine how obnoxious it is to order at the counter...whole wheat or flour, white or brown, black or pinto, what kind of chicken, pulled or ground beef? UGH! You get my drift. So to make it "easier" we decide to try online and phone in carryout options. EVERY TIME we have to go back to the store to get something that was missed. It's actually comical now what a joke this place is. And the kicker is, we are not placing high demands orders either. 2 Naked burritos with only pork and white rice, 1 burrito with white rice, black beans and pork...seriously that's it! Not rocket science. I ordered a chicken salad today with lettuce, chicken, black beans, fajita veggies, guac and pico. Three of those toppings were not on, and my daughter's burrito was not even in our bag, SOOOOOOO, back to the store I go! Waiting in line I hear the manager? talking about all these great queso dips coming this new year...awesome. Way to slow down the line. A few years ago, I took my girls to lunch and just decided to watch the staff behind the counter to see if anyone cleaned the dining area. There were five workers behind that counter on the line, and not one came through in the busy lunch hour to clean tables. We were there for 1 hour approx (kids getting soda refills:). Went in today hungry for Mexican like food. Got in line, there was only 2 people in front of us. It took 12 to 15 minutes before they got to us. I started noticing how filthy the store was and watched the worker making customers food wipe the quacamole off his fingers under the counter. Meanwhile the worker making mine did not add the bacon and passed it on to the next. When I mentioned it she states I told him were out. She never said anything. He states I can take it as is or wait. I told him to keep it and left disgusted. I will call their corporate on Monday and let them know how unpleasant and uncaring this store is now.
