DO NOT ORDER BEVERAGES when placing an order for delivery. This store is notorious for not making sure that the correct beverage is picked up and delivered to the customer. Earlier in the spring, I had 3 separate orders placed on the app where I ordered UNSWEET iced tea only to have the delivery driver call to tell me that there was no iced tea. The app clearly indicated that iced tea was available. Then, I have had orders delivered WITHOUT my ordered beverage. Then, I have had orders delivered in cups clearly labeled UNSWEET Iced tea but containing Sweet Tea. Until recently customer has worked to address the issues. They did work with the store to be sure to have tea available when the app says it is. On Thursday I ordered a meal plus UNSWEET Iced tea. The cup was clearly labeled UNSWEET. My first sip of the beverage was Sweet. I contacted customer service. Today, I have a email telling me to take the problem beverage back to the store for the store to make the issue correct. Today is Saturday. The beverage is down the drain. There is a reason I ordered delivery. Driving back to the store is not realistic. Customer service did not offer any resolution other than that. read more

Remember, this is a fast food chain that happens to sell a healthier food selection than many others like McDs js so it's not surprising when you experience fast food restaurant mishaps. So when you chose this restaurant is because of the quality of food, let's be honest ok. It's not a fine dine restaurant like some people feel like they must compare it to. Smh. Qdoba is definitely my favorite restaurant in Frankfort and maybe in general. Their food is great and by the looks of it everyone else thinks the same thing. I'll walk in at lunch and the lines almost out of the door plus the people I talk to say they really like their food too. The food was as expected, line service was good, but checking out was less than personable. It was okay for take out in a pinch.

I stopped in mid afternoon for a bag of chips and guacamole. Service was super slow despite there being less than 10 people in the store. Some of the chips were decent, but a lot of them I couldn't even chew and had to spit out. Not sure if the chips had sat too long in oil or were just soft and stale. When I got to the bottom of my guacamole I found an avocado skin with the price tags still attached. Another time they mess up the food! Never do an online order because they are just not going to tell you if they don't have anything! You will just end up getting some half filled bowl . Ordered impossible bowl once! The store did not have impossible meat so they just decided to skip it! Another time was another order for 6 people and We request them to add guac and they just skip it and not let us know anything about it! However I would say at this particular location in Frankfort the gentleman running the cash register was very playful with the other employees behind the counter which made for a fun environment. This restaurant has GREAT FRESH FOOD. You just have to know how to order it. I love ordering the freshly grilled steak for the burrito. I request to have some lite Pico, Corn Salsa, guacamole, sour cream... I ask for lite queso cheese to be on top of the burrito! There was a long line when we got here but it moved quickly. Hubby had a chicken taco salad in a crunchy shell and I ordered a new chicken queso mini burrito bowl. It's nice to add different ingredients to create different flavors as the dish is passed down the line. Our meals were delicious and filling. I especially appreciate the new mini burrito bowl with fewer calories! It had enough food to satisfy me without feeling too full. The food is delicious. I get the chicken gumbo bowl usually and sometimes, chicken quesadilla. The spicy sauce in the gumbo is simply yummy. Since, as a 'Mex' fast food chain, their closest competitor in Frankfort is Taco Bell (ikr!), I'd say they are doing quite well. They are very busy during lunch, it gets very crowded. We almost always get carry out from here, so I cannot attest to the dining experience. The staff can stand to be a little less grumpy though. They have a reward system. I ordered from DoorDash. I got two nachos for my kids and just received a bowl of cheese and meat , no chips. I also got two milks and one of the mills were already opened and half empty. We stopped in just before 6:00 PM last Tuesday and the place was empty except for two folks eating at a dark table. No employees could be seen anywhere. We walked up to the counter anyway and all of the food looked old, crusty and TERRIBLE. Most of the containers were empty, but the ones that had a little bit of food in them looked so old, we just had to leave. The queso was cracked and dried on top and it looked like no one had even been at that counter for half a day. We didn't hear a sound coming from the back and never saw an employee anywhere. I almost ordered online but I am SO thankful we didn't do that and end up with terrible food. We will not be back. It's a shame because I used to love this place! read more

I really like this QDOBA. They have one cook/line man that when you know he is working, the food is going to be hot, your burrito is going to be rolled tight and filled right and if you want something a little quirky (I like the juice from the pico to pour in my burrito--its a texture thing) then he will tip the side and fill me a cup. Wish I could remember his name! Also, when there is a certain lady working, she makes the chocolate chip cookies absolutely perfect. Soft and chewy. read more

We have had inconsistent experiences with QDOBA, but this takes the cake. We ordered through DoorDash, and my husband's meal was pathetic. He ordered two Drunken Yardbird tacos, with no customizations. The two tortillas were thrown into the container and some chicken was thrown on top of that. We paid almost $8 for these. Although I knew to speak to the people with DoorDash, I also contacted the restaurant so the manager would know that her cooks were serving food so poorly. But I got no apology; only her passing the blame onto DoorDash. I asked if she could at least speak to her staff about this, and was met with attitude. Me my aunt and my mom chose to eat at this location before my aunts doctors appointment but when we walked up there was this paper sign with 6:30 but scribbles on it and when I went to pull the door wouldn't open. Then I heard a muffled voice inside which I thought said "pull harder" so I did. Then a male worker came out and started yelling at us extremely rudely saying "What the hell are you doing" after we apologized and said we didn't read the sign he kept being rude and told us there were other qdobas to go to. We love Qdoba food and eat it quite frequently. But the last time we ate there, they over charged us around 32.00 dollars. We purchased 3 tacos, 2 chicken quesadillas and 3 drinks, they charged our account $65.93, this was not the total when I paid, the guy did not give us a receipt, but it showed on my bank statement which I offered to show. I caught the mistake and went in the very next day to ask to have this taken care of and the gentleman working called his manager, which took my name and phone number so that he could look into this and call me back. This was on February 2nd. I feel I have given them more than enough time to call me back. I highly recommend to always get a receipt and keep check on your account. They apparently are planning to sweep this under the rug and not return my money. I give a 2 star rating because of customer care. read more

There aren't many places in Frankfort where you can head for quick workday lunches. QDOBA though is one of those places. It's also the only fast casual 'Mexican' food other than Taco Bell. The food is good and you can even make it healthy or paleo friendly. I usually get the chicken burrito bowl with hot sauce and it is delicious. THIS PLACE STINKS!!! I've been multiple times and there is always a new problem. Past couple times they only open when they want to. One time, the guy told me that I was not allowed to make an order and had to do it online even though he was standing there making orders. Outside of Frankfurt Kentucky, there is a pocket of restaurants on the way to interstate 64. We wanted to try something more local than a chain restaurant for lunch, and found this Qdoba Mexican restaurant in a modern shopping center. (Funny us; this IS a chain!) It basically works like other Mexican fast food restaurants: you pick a protein, an entrée, and if you want tacos, they show you the assortment available. If you do not want a huge tortilla burrito, you can get a regular size tortilla or a mini bowl. The food was terrific; we'll definitely try other Qdobas. read more

I loved how fast they are, even when i went in after 6pm. Im not a huge Qdoba fan, but after checking that the wait at Carrino's was 40 minutes we decided on a quicker dinner. And thankfully this visit the service was quick and efficient. The gentlemen working behind the counter were working very well together and getting the customers through well! I enjoy a hard working Team effort. The food is pretty good i like the Tequila Lime chicken, even though its just the same Adobo chicken with lots of extra salt sugar and lime. We both got Chicken Burritos and with their 2 for $22 deal we got our burritos a side of chips and heaping bowl of queso for $24 after taxes! The guys were holding it down with laughs, smiles, customer interaction, and super fast service etc. The two ladies were short answered, rude, and completely not in tune with the whole "I'm here to make the customer experience flow" . For those that are especially health conscious, they also serve wheat tortillas and brown rice as options. Restaurant is always clean and staff is always friendly. I have encountered nothing but rude workers and poor food at this location. I was not greeted by the worker behind the counter, was asked white or wheat and nothing else was said. Asked for the food to-go and the worker put it on a dine in tray (this happened on 2 separate occasions), I asked if he wanted me to carry it out on that and he shrugged and walked away. The rice was dry and hard, the chicken was cold and fatty and I asked for a bottled water and was given water in a solo cup with no lid for a TO-GO order. We love Qdoba but this isn't our normal location (thank god because we probably wouldn't come back). When we walked in, 1 girl was making an order on the line & then disappeared for several minutes. When she came back it was obvious she had to restock to finish the orders. While doing this she was also cooking fresh fajita veggies all while another employee stood at the register looking at us. He never acknowledged or offered to help us. Also 3 other employees came out of the back & talked to 1 another for a few minutes & then walked back to the back again. We got the impression 1 of these was the manager. When the only person who appeared to be working came back she had to ask the guy standing @ the register to come get started on the online orders (there were a lot - maybe 7-10 orders). Another employee who appeared to have just started her shift asked the same girl why the chip warmer was off. The employee who was making the orders kept hustling & went over & turned the chip warmer on. Needless to say our chips for our nachos weren't hot & we were given a skimpy amount of chips. QDoba is one of my favorite places to eat in Frankfort. The people are always so kind and the food Is always fresh and the environment is really nice. The manager is super kind. I teach at BMS and I like how quick they are here so if I do have time during a plan (ha!) I know I can run here and be back in 10 minutes. read more

Absolutely love Qdoba but dont think i will return to this location. The gentleman who made my burritos looked and acted like he just hated life, constant scowl and low mumbling. Tried to pass my order to a woman who just got done ringing people up and she asked him to finish it which led to just sloshing ingredients on such as half a cup of pico juice all over my order. Wrapped the burritos and just tossed them to the counter and walked away which then the girl from the register just completely ignored me and walked off to take someone elses food order leaving me just standing there for 2-3 minutes just staring at my food ready to pay.
