First time actually eating in here (vs grabbing take out), and it was about the experience you'd expect at a typical Doba. This location specifically was certainly clean and tidy. Order and the counter was swift, and the staff A OK. My husband and I both got the burrito bowl and I thought it was tasty and the steak was tender. We also got the kids meal quesadilla for our son, and it was just alright. Definitely on the drier side. Comes with apple sauce pack and milk which is nice. Definitely prefer to grab and go when getting Qdoba but if you do dine in, it's not too shabby. read more

I remember when this location opened in the early 2000s and boy was it amazing, but not so much recently. The staff are all nice and attentive, but QDOBAs new business model with online ordering has really changed the game. If you hit this location up for lunch and decide to walk inside and order, plan to be standing for 30-35 to get one burrito. It may appear to have a short line, but usually every person in line is ordering 4-6 entrees either for families or coworkers. So that line that is 4-5 people long, is actually like 30 people long. But, if you use the mobile app to order, they will make the order immediately as they have someone dedicated to online orders and they will weave in and out of the normal line staff to make your order. BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Fox Point location is just terrible. I use it because it's conveniently located. Every time I order online my order is missing ingredients or has wrong ones. I always just eat it and not waste time to drive back. This time it was so messed up it was missing most of the requested ingredients. I finally had enough of it and took it back. Manager was extremely rude and refused to give me a refund. 4 months ago, after having been a customer of this location since day one when it was Z-Tecca, I went in (late afternoon) to order the same thing I've ordered for probably over a decade now, 4 chicken tacos with queso, in 2 seperate containers. The lady, who I never saw before, tried to correct me by saying that it was 3 tacos per container. I insisted that I had ordered that for years. She then carried an attitude throughout the entire order, talked insults under her breath, and used that clicking sound people make with their mouths when they dissaprove of or have a problem with something. This location has had problems with finding decent employees over the years, and ones that didn't have attitudes. Finally we started going again after not going for 2 years because of how bad it was, and dirty, unclean. The day shift was finally good at what they were doing, the food was great, and noone had a rotten attitude. But then I go in before the dinner rush, and get treated like I'm stupid, and a sub-human, and I haven't been back since. I spent so much money at this store, we've lived up here since 2003, and sometimes would pick up food daily at times. Now I don't even want to go back. We normally order on line...because it is quicker, and foolproof. However, today, (2-14-23) because of a glitch with the stores wi-fi, there was a problem with my order. My credit card purchase for it went though, but no order was actually placed. I went to the store and explained it the the gentleman at the counter (I did not get his name...I know I should have) and he made sure the order was made and completed. Fox point location. I ordered two burritos, one ancho chile chicken and a chicken burrito. The food is served through a line which moves quite quickly especially during lunch. The place looked fairly busy with 80% of the chairs being filled. There were a few open tables outside. Burritos are around $16.00 with a side of Guacamole. Yessss! read more

I tried the place to see how it compared to Chipotle. I went in around 3pm on a Sunday. I have nothing on Qdoba, but the service on this particular day was horrid. You'd think the cashier would give you the food after preparation. Nope. The dude had his elbow on the POS in a drunken stupor as I reached slowly and awkwardly under his arm to retrieve the food. This location is tucked in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Sure if you go at noon you may need to walk a blocks distance, but quit whining. The "fast food" line is nice, it keeps people moving and encourages you to think ahead. Their salsas are all explained on the board, but the person in front of me never seems to notice that. They are on the spendier side, with a burrito and a pop ringing in at about $10 - but it's filling for sure. Get the burrito bowl if you aren't attached the tortilla itself, more food! Everyone wonders why Qdoba has the queso sauce and not Chipotle - and the reason is clear with their standards. Chipotle focuses more on a natural and free range status, while Qdoba sticks to the convenience aspect. The queso has too many chemicals and preservatives to pass for Chipotle. If you do want to treat yourself with their homogenized goodness - expect about a $1.50 upcharge for it! read more

The lady at the cash register could have got it for me but instead she kept barking orders at the other two employees. Double point Tuesday at this location. Food is always warm and tasty. Personnel changes often, but they seem to get up to speed pretty quickly. Only gripe would be that they need another register to speed the line during lunch. As a Qdoba devotee, I find they reach the right amount of spiciness for their grilled chicken always. read more

Somewhat healthy compared to your fast food burger joint. Service is fast & friendly. The restaurant appears to be clean & organized. Plenty of parking except during weekday lunchtime. The lunch crowd seems to converge on Riverpoint Plaza due to seven different dining options to choose from. The nachos cheese chicken nachos & taco salad are a hit too. Now a burrito and soda will run you 10+ dollars (updated for 2015) This location has the new coca-cola computerized soda machine, giving you hundreds of choices for soda. The quality here is so-so. I was here at this Qdoba last Friday, August 17, 2018 with my husband and I had a very good experience. I don't know the menu very well and they were very patient waiting for me to decide what I wanted to order. I was very pleased with my selections when I got home. I also was impressed by the staff at the time of the visit that evening! It was not busy, but I was impressed with the staff who waited on my husband and me. Detrice was very helpful as well as the line server named Will! He was very patient since I wasn't sure what I was going to order since the menu has changed a bit! We had some questions and they were answered politely. Detrice was very pleasant as well. She said she was the Manager that evening. I would definitely go back to this QDOBA!!! Customer service here is absolute garbage. The young woman making the food berated the gentleman in front of us about what he was ordering so we knew we were in for a treat. When it was our turn to order, she mumbled and I had to ask several times for her to repeat herself. She had no clue how to make what I ordered and didn't even try to figure it out so I gave up. My fiancé and her sister then went to order and they gave even less effort into a quesadilla and steak nachos. If you don't want to deal with customers, then don't go into a job where you have to deal with them on a daily basis. Very disappointed. Qdoba = 5 stars. This location = 2 stars on their best day. The staff is never exceptionally friendly. The lunch line is slow because they only have one register. The ventilation system is awful; every time we eat there we come out smelling like food because smoke is filling the dining room. I'm writing specifically today because I drove across town to eat Qdoba... instead I am sitting next door eating at Noodles when there is one only a couple blocks from where I work. The lady behind the counter told the man in front of me in line they were waiting for black beans. No problem for him... He just wanted chicken anyway. The last two times I've come to this location I have been extremely unsatisfide. The service has become slow, sloppy, and rude. I used to look forward coming to this location. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and the lady started asking me about rice and queso. When she started wrapping it like a burrito I was so confused and said, "it should be a quesadilla". Great food, terrible service. I had told the first woman my order, then proceeded down the line to finish off my order all while the 3 women didn't say a single word to me the entire time. If I had never been to qdoba before then I would've really been confused as to how the ordering process goes. The staff didn't say a single thing, assumed my order was for dine in, and never asked if I would like a drink with my order. The woman checking me out was washing the countertops with a dirty rag then proceeded to brush the rag up against my bowl with my meal in it, getting old guacamole on the outside rim of my bowl! I don't really eat at Qdoba much but when I came in today the service was HORRIBLE! There really wasn't a problem until I got to the cash register and this female manager took my order. I asked her to add a chocolate milk to my order because I forgot to ask for it in the beginning and she immediately got an attitude with me and aggressively handled my money. Then when I got to my car, I realized she rang me up for a mini burrito bowl instead of a kids nacho, which is what I ordered. The price difference was only two dollars, so it didn't bother me that much, and I decided to go home. But then, when I got home I realized she didn't give me any chips. This was very disappointing because it was a kid's nacho. You can't each nachos without the nachos. I also live 20 minutes away from the location, but I went there because it was the closest one to my house. After going back to the establishment for my chips and a refund, the manager immediately started getting argumentative and defensive when I wasn't even talking to her. Another employee was already helping me with my order and then she decides to start screaming and interrupting saying nothing was wrong with my order. She was so loud that I couldn't even fully explain what happened! Another employee, who took my order, spoke up for me and said, "He did order the kid's nacho." Then she complains about communication like it's my fault. The situation was so anxiety provoking that I didn't even want to even be in the store anymore. I left before even asking for a refund after getting my chips because of the rude manager's dismissive and condescending tone. It was honestly humiliating to be yelled at just because my order was wrong. This situation was handled very unprofessionally and I never plan on eating at this location ever again.
