This store is so incredibly dirty. The floor is all grease. The beverage station underneath is so filthy. I will never eat here again.

unfortunately the portions in the photo we ordered look absolutely nothing like what was delivered. I called the restaurant to complain and the manager told me they have "strict portions" they have to adhere to. We paid almost $12 dollars for a quesadilla that was basically empty! I'll NEVER order anything from them again. The manager could care less about customer service. Basically blew me off. No reason. To be rude Which she was. No offer to make things right or compensate me in anyway. We ordered close to $30 worth of food. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED . Never again. Save your money or go to another Q'doba that's not in Flint. With that manager's attitude if I had that place under my control, I would fire her and retrain the employees. read more

The worst qdoba location ! Almost comical! The cold table with ingredients looked like a bomb went off! Dry crusty food everywhere. I asked if there was anymore lettuce and the employee used the same crusty container to refill the new lettuce. The woman helping my boyfriend with his order was barking at him the entire time. The icing on the cake was the man ringing people up on the cash register didn't take his gloves off, didn't wash his hands, and continued to making food with the same dirty gloves after the transaction. The flint location was terrible. The employees were terrible! Started swearing at us, rolling her eyes when we asked for sides, and was just a pain to deal with. The ambiance was alright and normally I like qdouba but the flint location is just terrible. If you want to try this place I recommend going to the grand blanc one because it's way better. read more

Getting skimpy these days. I'm sure covid has some impact on this, but they act like they're hoarding the queso. When i ask for 4 scoops - i expect 4 actual scoops. Not 1/4 of the cup full "scoop." I get my nachos without more than half of what's offered and then you wanna get skimpy with my queso? Still annoyed i have to order my bowl as nachos and ask for the chips on the side to essentially get my BURRITO BOWL with chips on the side. If i say burrito bowl they charge $2 for chips but if i ask for nachos with chips on side- it's exactly the same thing but cost $2 less because they're not charging for the chips. Chicken was very spongy and rice was hard and sour. Staff member was talking extremely quite and couldn't understand and messed up my order. I apologize for miss understanding her. I love this Qdoba. The staff have always been friendly to me and very efficient in making the food at a good pace. They always give SO MUCH chips, which is much appreciated! Only one time did I have an incident where the lady working literally threw my packed quesadilla in a to go bag and basically ruined it. The shells slide apart and it become a mess. Not sure if she was just having a bad day, but every other time I've been here I have had a great experience. I am a regular at Qdoba, purchasing dinner there at least once a week for the last two years. I was there 8/21/2018. While purchasing a burrito bowl at the Flint, MI location, the employee at the cash register (I forget his name Harrison, maybe? Maybe 20's, giant hipster beard) had an entirely unacceptable attitude. When it looked like he was about to give me my to-go order without a bag, I said 'Crap, you're out of bags?', and his answer was 'No, we give bags to all of our customers'. I shrugged that off - maybe he was having a bad day - and said 'Cool, because I still have groceries to pick up', and his response to that was 'I'm so proud of you.' I did nothing and said nothing to warrant that kind of rudeness and condescension, and when I attempted to speak with the manager, despite this employee (Harrison?) admitting he had copped an attitude toward me, she was willing to do nothing more than apologize for me being upset, the classic non-apology apology. She also claimed that because she didn't personally hear him say anything, nothing would be done. This kind of service is utterly and absolutely unacceptable. People may have bad days, but especially in customer-service positions, there is no excuse for being rude to someone, especially when they weren't rude first. read more

Today's order was missing the pulled pork and had an over abundance of cilantro lime vinaigrette, which was just waaaayyy too much. I basically received rice and beans and a couple of tomatoes that was supposed to be the pico. I ordered through door dash, so basically stuck with a bowl that I cannot eat. A couple of previous orders that were placed through curbside pick up or delivered via door dash are very slim pickings, hard anything in the bowl. It's RICE.... and you charge $10+ for a bowl, not really necessary to slim back on the portion. read more

Restaurant was short staffed so we could not eat there which is not the poor worker's fault. Management put up a confusing sign that relayed to everyone who stopped that you can only place online orders until 7:30 but apparently what they were trying to say was they were open but only accepting online orders not in person orders. Management can't even word a sign properly and puts it on the workers to explain to grumpy customers why they can't take their order. Also if you can't incentivize people to work there by not giving them poverty wages then your business isn't viable and I have no pity for your "staffing problems". read more

Ate in today and pretty grossed out. Both trash cans outside were overflowed with trash and flies, a dustpan and broken umbrella lying in the lawn right by the eating area. The inside trash cans were full. The parking lot was full of trash. The floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in weeks. The high chairs, I would never put a child in, they were caked with my guess food and dirt and straps broken. The food was actually one of the better Qdoba trips recently and was enjoyable, but the cleanliness of the restaurant makes me question how food safe the food is. The moment we were through the line, two out of the three workers whipped out their phones. Sad as this is a really nice looking Qdoba and I know one the older locations, but it needs some work. read more

Disgusting! I had a long black hair in my food and they were totally nonchalant about it! The manager just looked at me and said, "so, you want something else?" Uh, what do you think??? To say she was rude would be an understatement. For some reason that I can no longer recall, I decided to give them another chance and for my efforts, I received the run-around about a special offer with my rewards card and the dude waiting on me was rude and clueless. His middle name had to be "inept." I'm joking, but not really. He then proceeded to charge me for something I'm supposed to get free (chips and salsa) with the rewards card (of which he had no knowledge even though there were a stack of them piled up next to the register!) and then didn't even bother to give me, either! Uh, did that make any sense? The simple answer is no, it doesn't. Imagine that- charged for something I'm supposed to get free with my order, but he didn't actually even put the extra items with my food! Huh? I told that guy (after waiting in line forever) to forget it and left. I haven't been back since and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's a disappointment to me because I used to be an avid fan of Qdoba. Sadly, this one has slid into oblivion under careless management and lack of direction. The food has not been solid at all lately and the wait to get one of their "assembly line" burritos or nachos has become laughable. Nobody seems to know what they're doing. During my last three visits here, I noticed the employees screwing up almost as many orders as they were making. They remade countless orders while assembling the burritos because of haphazard preparation, causing much of the food to be tossed. I'm pretty sure the employees just take all the "flubs" and eat them, anyway. How much wastage is there at this Qdoba? I wonder. By the way, I've noticed how stingy they've become on toppings. They act like Nazis about the whole thing, practically measuring out the tiny amount of black beans, queso and peppers that you get now before doling it out. I have had to ask them to add more because the toppings have gotten so skimpy. So much for fast casual dining. PS It would be nice if they cleaned up the dining room area a bit. You should only visit this particular Qdoba location if you feel like encountering the most unbelievably rude general manager in the food service industry. She is atrocious! This once used to be a great place to stop and get a quick lunch, but she has changed the entire restaurant and not for the better. She's rude to her customers, rude to her staff, and makes it known to all that she's unhappy with her current job. And I wouldn't advise venturing out to place an online order for this place at lunch time. They will, undoubtedly, lose or misplace your order (even if prepaid) and then claim to be able to do nothing to resolve the issue. Big thumbs down for this place! read more

Today I placed an order for curbside pickup. Following directions from the text messages I arrived and let them know I was there. I then turned on my hazards as requested in the directions. I sat and waited with my hazards on for approx 5 minutes, so I thought I would call the store to let them know I have arrived. Nobody answered the phone. I then walked in the restaurant, and seen my order had not came up yet, it was not placed on the ready rack. Which is fine, it must not have been ready yet they were still working on it. However I waited in the restaurant for 5 minutes and not one employee greeted me or asked how they could help me. I understand businesses get very busy, but you should always greet your guests. Dark days are upon us. Qdoba used to be the best place in the world, but about 5 months ago, they changed they way they prepare their chicken. Rather than seasoning them at the restaurant, they season the chicken before it reaches the store. So what's the big deal? That's what I thought, until I took my first bite. What a severe disappointment. I've tried other meats there. The steak isn't bad, but once you've tasted the amazingness of their former chicken, anything else is a sad, sad disappointment. BUT, for those fortunate enough to have never been to Qdoba, the chicken may not taste too bad. My personal recommendation (and my former favorite meal) is the following: Chicken Queso Burrito - No Beans - Light Rice (half the amount they normally put on, so it doesn't dilute the flavor) - Extra Hot salsa on the SIDE (very important to get it on the side. they put way too much on normally, and it's cold, so it just messes up the flavor. If you get it on the side, you can put it on to your liking. If they put it on before you can said the words "on the side", then ask them to mix everything together so you don't have all the salsa on one end of the burrito) - No sour cream - Grilled on the quesadilla press (they won't like you for requesting this, but it gives the tortilla a nice browning that enhances the flavor) I know this is a rather small, sad burrito, but remember it's not the size that counts, it's the quality. If you're feeling overly ambitious, you can order each of the above ingredients as "sides", and it will only run you about $3 (less than half the price). Just make sure you never mention the word "burrito" when you order everything in sides, or else you'll be compromised and will have to pay full price. Nick read more

Open till 11 on the app, you get to the store and it's totally dead, but they have a sign on their door they're taking "online order only" so we make an order and "online closes at 9pm" yet that's not what your hours or your sign on your door says. As a Messican food enthusiast and lover of huge burritos, I have a soft spot in my heart for Qdoba. Massive burrito with decent ingredients for a slightly high price, but with locations all over the U.S. This one is on the lower end of my Qdoba experience, however - the ingredients are often lukewarm when they should be hot, which has happened on multiple occasions. The staff is fine, interior is fine, atmosphere is fine. Just keep those darn things hot! I have not experienced slow service like some others here, and I'm fairly insistent about them putting lots of stuff into the cylindrical tortilla so I have never received a smallish burrito. Meh. It works. Keep stuff hot. Open to 11 pm usually, which is good. read more

Qdoba is really good! We don't have anything like it around Saginaw, so whenever I'm in Flint around the Miller Rd. exit from I-75 I'll usually make a stop. The service is really great and the burritos are excellent! It's a fast food chain, but I'd rather eat here than McDonald's or some hamburger joint. You may think that the burritos are somewhat healthy for you... but check the nutritional information on the website, yikes! read more

Qdoba is good. The Qdoba in Flint, however is not exactly up to par with others I've been to. As earlier reviewers said, the lines, and the staff leave a bit to be desired. They are not only impersonal, but also somewhat incompetent, and regularly make mistakes with orders. It is far too busy and too crowded a place to want to be for an extended period of time, and an extended period of time is what you will be spending. We really wanted burritos. Being new in town we aren't aware yet of any/all possible options. Qdoba is nearby and obviously has burritos, so we gave it a shot. My order included a brisket burrito and a tortilla soup. The burrito was almost entirely rice. The rice was tasty enough, but I had several bites of that burrito which were comprised solely of rice and tortilla. I can t even tell you how the brisket tasted. Disappointing. Placed an order for two burritos online for pick up. according to the receipt should have been ready in about ten minutes. showed up about 15 minutes after placing my order to only two employees preparing the orders for the about ten people waiting for their online orders plus a whole line of people in lobby. I understand the place was busy... but i couldn't tell you how many people i seen walk in the door get in line have their order made and gone while the other online orderers and myself got our food. finally almost 50 mins after placing my order the woman hands me my bag, no thank you, no sorry for the wait not even a "piss off". It wasn't long ago that my review would have been 1 star. The restaurant's service had fallen off from what we had always known going back to when it first opened. The young lady (Nicole) had left and it seemed there was no clear level of management direction following her exit. Furthermore, there was a lack of organization and frankly a lot of confusion between the eat-in versus carry out orders. In fact, we had a friend wait over an hour for a carry-out order for his family. Additionally, we had two visits that were subpar (at best) and had decided that we could find a different place to eat. However, our girls love Qdoba so much that after a couple months my wife decided to take them to back. When they walked in, they were greeted by Nicole and her smile. And of course my wife and daughters were immediately encouraged. Our family went back a few days later and again, there was Nicole. I have to say that Nicole, her management, and her penchant for organization seems to have returned this location to its former organized, efficient service model, thus the five star rating. read more
