QDOBA, I put it in my tummy. QDOBA, only sometimes is bummy. QDOBA, yummy yummy yummy. This QDOBA makes me so happy and poetic which is why I blessed this review with a poem to start. Every single part about this food makes me feel butterflies inside, the connection with the food and workers is truly an intimate experience. I think about QDOBA when I sleep, bathe, eat it, beat it, and everything in between. It's soothing on the hole after and nothing too difficult to swallow. It makes me feel like the best version of myself and I will never lose my sense of Wonder when I eat at this FINE establishment. Although I have made the difficult decision today to rate it a 3 because sometimes I have to wait up to 20 minutes for my food. The workers aren't at fault for this, it's the greedy customers (myself being one LOL!!). The place is usually clean but sometimes feels like it was mopped with soda, and the bathroom is often stinking of greek yogurt and fishy and rotten eggs but nothing that I can't handle. Usually I end up at chipotle but decided to try QDOBA for a change. Ordered a quesadilla and the meat portions are definitely smaller then chipotle. After it was done they asked if I wanted it crusted and said sure. Then said it was an extra dollar so then I just said no. Proceed to cheese crust it. I ended up emphasizing after again that I wanted both the quesadillas not cheese crusted and that didn't go anywhere. Nothing crazy wrong especially since before I knew it was an up charge I said sure but between that and the smaller portions I'll probably still stick to chipotle. read more

They have great food, and the manager at this location is the best. Dax it is on top of everything, handled my complicated orders to the tea, and had them delivered. Unfortunately, Qdoba didn't have delivery service to my hotel, residence Inn, but for some reason, they allowed the delivery to Starbucks two minutes away from the hotel. I have mentioned this to Dax, and he promised to raise this with their management and hopefully make the delivery service available for Residence Inn. I love Qdoba's food but as a DoorDash driver this is my most dreaded place to receive an order from. They never have anything prepared on time and the staff is rude when you let them know you're a driver waiting on an order. I Just sat in a lobby full of DoorDash drivers for 20 minutes and watched the staff work at a lackluster tortoise pace. I have come here several times, and have been very disappointed the last several times I've come, and I'm done. Chewy, rubbery chicken. The most horrendous burrito I've ever eaten came from here. It was wrapped solid, which is the only good thing I can say about it. On the first bite, I entered a rice plantation. After about 5 bites of nothing but rice, I finally ran into bean land. Good food in a formerly very good spot. Something has changed lately as Q'doba has gone done hill steadily over the past few months. While the food has remained fairly consistent, the physical restaurant and the management has taken a turn for the worse. Their hours are very inconsistent, with hand written paper notes stuck to the window like the walls of 1st grade. (Maybe they'll do a hand turkey in November?) The interior is filthy every time we go there now. The floors are disgusting, the tables seem to never be wiped off let alone cleaned and the food prep areas is over flowing with food. We're unsure but it also seems they are beginning to short the orders and they are so quick to try and double charge when it's mention. Hopefully it'll return. They used to have a very nice dark haired woman that seemed to be the manager when things were great. A great stop for delicious Mexican cuisine! This QDOBA is always clean and has friendly staff that is eager to help satisfy your hunger. There is ample outdoor seating for a warm summer day or if you'd rather sit inside, there are clean tables for you there, too! My goto is the smothered burrito, which is not listed on the menu, but the staff will happily make for you. It includes QDOBA's famous queso both inside and outside of the burrito! The staff here was extremely short staffed. They had to take a break from 3-4. I just wanna say. When they opened back up the staff that was here here was top notch and kept that line flowing smoothly. The young man running the assembly line was friendly even though we could tell he was done. The lady running the cash register was awesome keeping the like stocked with bowls ect. Not to mention the couple people cooking behind the scenes. Outstanding job folks. This place is always a winner if you are looking for something fast and higher quality then a drive through meal. The place is very modern. It has plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. When you walk in the door everything is usually pretty clean and ive never had a issue finding a seat inside. The service is usually very friendly. The line may look long at first, but it does go fast. They have the new coca cola machine that will pour out just about any drink that you can think of making, or that your heart desires. You can play with the drink combinations and have fun making new flavors, The food is always fresh, The set up is a little like a lot of other chain restaurants but they actually have different things on the menu which make it a better option. The good thing about them is that they actually don't charge for guac or extras. I was actually getting sick of paying for guac at some of the other establishments in the area. I shouldn't have to pay for guac. The food here is actually really good. There is usually too much to finish and you have to take it home. I really don't mind taking it home though. Do not come to this location. I love qdoba and their food but the last few times I've been there the service has been the worst. I understand people don't want to work but it is expected at most restaurants to be ready and staffed around dinner and lunch time. The last couple times I have been there, I'm assuming he is one of the managers, guy in his mid-50s has been working. He'll give discounts to the young girls and be disrespectful towards anyone else. I went with my boyfriend and he didn't even care to be working. Service should be the same no matter the person. Recently, I placed an online order and I arrive 10 min after my pickup time. They said I could wait 45 min to an hour for it as they were backed up. I got a chicken quesadilla and a drink. At least have a separate space for pick up orders like Chipotle does. I asked for a refund because I wasn't going to wait that long. A different younger guy working was very disrespectful from me and walked away. I wrote my name down on a sticky note and he walked away. Then when he came back I asked if he was going to refund me or give a gift card and he said no one was working in the back on computers so it would happen. Again, I understand the busyness but at least give me a gift card or genuinely apologize. Not a fan of the service and the experiences I have had lately. I also just got the app and used a free chips and queso reward that probably will not be available for a future use. Will not be coming back anytime soon. I've only tried the chicken and beef burritos. Both were quite good. Flavorful. I like very spicy food so I asked for extra jalapeños. I actually got four burritos and with the COVID 19 had to take them home, eat one, freeze three. I suggest you do the same because when you want a fast and very good meal just pop one in the microwave. Store bought burritos are not so good. Five stars because the employees all were welcoming, friendly, helpful and did a great job. Their burritos are very large and filled with goodness. Usually I love QDOBA, in the past they've been good about working around my severe dairy allergy and are careful. This time they refused to pull out a new guacamole, the one they had out was clearly full of cheese. In the past they've just taken a scoop out of a fresh one no big deal. I'll admit that I'm a sucker for good service. I don't care how exquisitely-prepared the food, I won't return if I get bad, snotty, or sarcastic service. Having said that, the people at Qdoba treated me as if they had nothing better to do than to ensure that the food met my expectations in quality and quantity. Since I'd eschewed the animal flesh, the Qdoba servers wanted to ensure that I was getting my money's worth. Despite being busy, the servers were very sweet. Because of the service, I know I'll be back. My husband and I didn't like the noisy, chaotic atmosphere inside the restaurant, so we opted to sit outside. Unfortunately, the traffic along Woodland Avenue, combined with the music blasting from outside speakers, did nothing to enhance our dining experience. Personally, I didn't care much for their smoked vegetables, but I'm sure other people must like them. But what's with the pinto beans???? Delicious! I wonder what they're doing to those pinto beans to make them taste so awesome! I wonder if I can just order a bowl of pinto beans next time??? I've seen various workers there and have had many positive and negative experiences but I really enjoy the food so I keep returning. i went to Qdoba 2 weeks ago and was very impressed. I wanted to show some recognition to the workers that made it enjoyable for me to want to come back. the girl at the register 'Lydia' was so professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive to multiple different tasks she was doing due to some obvious slack from other employees, which was impressive for a girl her age! the worker 'Collin' was incredibly impressive with his hospitality and burrito skills as well! First time I had a burrito. It was huge, Tasted good except the tortilla became very gummy and nasty, like raw dough so I had to eat everything out of it. Will definitely get a bowl next time. 2nd time here the other night. Had to try the Knock Out Tacos. Tried for days to order online. Could not get the checkout page to load. Then I called the store to order a pickup and was told they do not take phone orders. Tried using the mobile app, but there is no Knockout Taco Combo on it. Finally went to the store and ordered. The guy would not take my rewards number. I do not have a physical card, as I registered online, and he would not give me one. He said Rewards are only for orders placed thru the mobile app which I know is simply not true. So I got no credit for our order! 6 TINY Knockout Tacos for $20 was not what I was expecting either. Don't be fooled this isn't as good as chipotle by any stretch of the imagination. Chipotle may have fewer choices but they execute every Ingredient perfectly. There is a reason chipotle has quickly grown to a national chain and Qdoba hasn't. I've tried the chicken adobo and the pulled pork. Everything was under seasoned, the rice has little flavor and worse its mushy. The sauces are a desperate attempt to add flavor to otherwise bland food. The various salsas also lack any distinguishing character. After this I'm supposed to be excited by "free" guac? A bowl and a burrito cost almost $18. What was free again? This place SUUUUUUUUUUUUCKS. I've waited to write a review about this qdoba until I've felt that I I've had enough bad experiences there. I never leave the restaurant in a good mood, even if I entered that way. The workers always find a way to be rude or condescending while you're there. I think the worst thing they do is assume. They never ask if you're done adding things to your burrito or bowl. Multiple times I have asked them to unwrap my burrito because I wasn't done. My coworkers and I attempted to get lunch from this qdoba which was a very difficult task considering they don't do online ordering. It was proved even more difficult when we called and they wouldn't even take the order over the phone. Upon arriving there, they were dismissive and obviously so very upset that I was there with a long order even though we tried to make it easier on them. They wrapped 2 burritos and sealed 1 bowl before I was done adding ingredients.
