First time to any QDOBA, but if this location is representative we won't bother going back to the other competitors that have similar menus. The staff was super friendly. We were there just as opened so they took the time to talk through with my wife what they thought were best gluten-free options, and double checked on some ingredients they weren't sure of. She had rice bowl and thought it was very tasty. I had pork burrito. They suggested what was good and they nailed it! Excellent flavors and very hefty LOL. I'd stop back. Another chain that has yet to enter the Hawaii market was on my list to try someday. We were visiting family in PA and I spotted one so in I went! An order for me and my spouse please... ATMOSPHERE: It's set up like a Subway, with a cold line counter that you pick and choose ingredients to customize anything on their menu, except this is all American-Mexican fare. The place was very clean with a few tables and big windows great for people & traffic-watching. MENU: Tacos, burritos, nachos, taco salads, quesadillas. FOOD: Taco Salad - I opted for ground beef which looks similar to Taco Bell's version (clumpy canned dog food lol,) with roasted chile corn, pinto beans, sour cream, and guacamole. It definitely tasted way fresher than TB, and the guacamole was handmade (I saw the guy mashing it) and super fresh. Yes! Burrito - I got ingredients that I'd eat in case my spouse didn't eat it. Flour tortilla, ground beef, pinto beans, sour cream and that fresh guac. Yummo. It's huge, like the kind you get in a Mexican restaurant and tasted very fresh as well. No sauce needed. SERVICE: Both guys behind the counter were welcoming, friendly, and patient with this guy who has never been in a Qdoba. Thank you! FACT: Qdoba is owned by Jack In The Box. Got a chicken bowl. The flavor wasn't bad but there just were several things that really just missed the mark here. The fajita veggies were basically raw and I asked for the mild salsa and I'm pretty sure I was given something a lot spicer (wasn't even diced tomatoes, it was just a red sauce). The chips had absolutely no seasoning (barely any salt or anything) and the guacamole we paid for was legit just a large cut piece of avocado with like a piece of onion and a little smidge of lime juice. I ordered 2 veggie bowls for pickup. I probably got half the quantity of food I would get if I went store and ordered. Veggies and salsa was also missed In the orders. Number one, this place does offer curbside which is the reason I went to it. I got a burrito with beyond meat and cauliflower rice brought out to my car. Great burrito, the only part of the service that wasn't great was the website. Qdoba needs to fix their login process, unless I have a browser issue. This used to be one of our favorite places for lunch. Super friendly staff, immaculately clean, good food. Always a pleasure. We went there today for lunch. It was like the Twilight Zone. I don't know why this place just seems to not get it right despite it being so simple? Service is painfully slow, and worse most Of the items being scoop on to your burrito are old, dried out and well below the recommended temperature or not drained thus turning your burrito into a cold soggy messy pile of mush! They were friendly, engaging, the food was so much better than I can remember, the staff asked us multiple times throughout our dinner if we needed anything AND there were people actually cleaning the dining area the whole time we were there! This Qdoba location sucks. Slow service, literally three soda choices (all diet) available on the fancy Coke machine, and the kid who made my burrito has apparently never made one before, as he basically made a flour, meat, and bean filled baseball wrapped in foil that instantly fell apart as soon as I tried to eat it. The ladies room had ZERO toilet paper. I have eaten at a bunch of other QDOBA location, and was looking forward to getting some lunch, and this location is a complete letdown. read more

Absolute trash service. Upon walking in with a cloth mask held over my mouth and nose, I was denied service for not "putting it ON", without a single question as to my own health condition, which requires I not have a mask of any kind on at all. Kids with bad attitudes and a lack of empathy run this store and do a HORRIBLE job. I had the covering over my face, so whats the problem with me holding it there as opposed to tying it?! Didn't know that Qdoba's policy requires not only a face covering, but two hands available.... to do what, I dont know. It was hysterical watching the girl preparing my taco carefully and meticulously add one -- exactly one -- onion ring and a teaspoon full of cold steak. I give Qdoba this: I bet corporate is impressed with each store's food cost. This is portion control at its worst. It's a shame because, as far as taste, I think their food is OK. Ordered here the first time for delivery. Really disappointing. Half of the order was missing. What did arrive was not too bad. However, spending that much money on some fast food and then missing half of it does not work for me. Shame. I guess, like so many businesses QDOBA is taking advantage of the Covid crisis. I'm really surprised at the great reviews here, especially when you have the Audubon location for comparison. I tried this Qdoba out and the Audubon one blows it away in the most important aspects, food and service. I was really excited to have a Qdoba so close to work, 5 minutes, when the Audubon location is 15 minutes away. However after our lunch experiences at this Qdoba my co-workers and I just opt to make the hike to Audubon. The staff here doesn't seem to have their act together and the burritos they serve are noticeably smaller (read less packed) than what you get at the Audubon location. One time when I was here for lunch the girl making my burrito was having trouble wrapping it and so she finally gave up and asked another guy to do it. She had mangled the tortilla so badly from repeated wrap attempts that the guy said he needed a new one so he dumped the contents into the new tortilla. However a large portion of the burrito contents were now mashed onto the old tortilla and he threw it away and didn't replace the contents in the new tortilla wrap. He handed me the burrito and I said, "hey, you just threw a lot of my burrito away" to which he shrugged and replied "it happens!". On a separate occasion my office placed a fairly large order with this store and they didn't give us a bunch of the sides we were supposed to get. Maybe in the future we'll try this location again but for now it seems to me that they have a lot of work to do if they want to be as good as the Audubon Qdoba. read more

I rolled in with 18 people- my FH team. They did fairly well getting us in and out. There is enough seating to accommodate a large group like the one I brought in but it was a little tight for sure- the seating set-up is a little wacky. There is also outdoor seating. The food was good and fresh- I noticed a TON of kids from nearby Ursinus College were stopping in for dinner so it was hoppin'. Accidents happen in food service and I felt the fire on this one- there was some plastic in my burrito- near the VERY end of it so I ate almost all of it. They offered to make me an whole new one- I declined but opted for a cup of guac because I'm a g-fiend. They were very apologetic and pretty embarrassed and I suppose that's all I can ask for- again, accidents happen. read more

Dont eat here I got food poisoning. I was up all night vomitong and all. Service here is bad and my stomach hurt from eating the food here. Plus while I was paying for my order the guy who took my order basically spilled the top half of my food on the counter then just topped it off with lettuce and those thinly sliced chips. It's funny how the other guy working there was so generous putting stuff on the bowl he was making but the one who helped me gave me a horrible customer service interaction. New and improved. Or at least it feels like it. I came here over the summer and I had an awful experience, so I wasn't too excited when my colleague wanted to eat lunch here. The line wasn't too long when we got here, but regardless they move quickly and get your food ready ASAP. The only problem I had was that they were stingy with the toppings, I had to keep asking for more. Good was great. I ordered my regular gumbo and nachos. Hot, well flavored and delicious. At the end, one of the employees was cleaning the tables and even took our trash... It's the little things that count. They definitely turned this place around. I usually don't post reviews but I felt inclined to tell others about my experience so they don't have to go through what I went through. First off let me say the staff is very unprofessional. Seem to be very young and inexperienced. They claim to be open until 10 but we got there at 8 and almost all of their food was out. Then we were told that we had to leave so they could clean. Employees were mopping the floor and stacking chairs 2 hours before closing time. The food was not fresh. Chicken was cold and they were out of common condiments like lettuce, cheese, tomato, onions, peppers, etc. Drink machine was out of flavors. There were no lids and straws for drinks. I would not recommend going here. This was the first time and I was highly disappointed. Moes and Chipotle far better. Don't waste your money. read more

Qdoba's actually growing on me. I first ate at one my first year at Temple, and then stopped for four years due to my feelings about their then-low quality meats. Now, I'd rather go to a Qdoba than a Chipotle any day, particularly for one reason: Choose Two. Three tacos is too much for me, two tacos & gumbo is just right. Their gumbo is pretty tasty and their meat is much better these days. This location is clean & quick. read more

I was still hanging out on my laptop over an hour after finishing my meal, and one of the staff brought me free chips and salsa for the hell of it. That's pretty much all it takes to win me over. My review of this Qdoba is pretty similar to the one in Audubon, so I'll just provide a summary: the chicken burrito with queso is very delicious! Generally I get it with the spicy habanero sauce (the hottest Qdoba offers). I would give this location 5 stars, but when I went, they didn't offer a drink plus chips/salsa as the Audubon location does (maybe they do offer this now?). I went on Cinco de Mayo, and yes, there was a very, very long line, but I can't deduct any stars for that...the wait is to be expected. I don't get to go to Qdoba much because the only one in Northern Delaware is right in downtown Wilmington and not so easy to access. So when I saw that this Qdoba wasn't far from where I was and that they were open on New Year's Day, I figured I ought to try it. I think the biggest problem I have with Qdoba is menu prices. Over $8 for a smothered burrito that isn't even packed with ingredients is not a good deal. I'm so glad this complex added this fast food place. It's clean and new! The line can get a little long on Friday nights but it's worth it. The food is similar to Chipotle Mexican Grill but smaller burritos. The meat flavors are pretty good- I have had the pork and chicken, which are moist and tasty. It's nice that when you take orders to go, they take that into consideration and separate the toppings for the nachos. I would come here again ifI have a taste for tex-mex. The cilantro is fresh, all of the veggies are on point, and the meat is very well seasoned, although a bit dry, but still delicious. I ordered the vegetarian, the two timer, and the yardbird, all of which were delish!
