If I could give more stars, I would!…read more My mother came to visit all the way from North Dakota and I wanted to do something nice for her. I decided on pedicures and I found this place after reading some reviews on Groupon. I called about a week in advance to make sure they could get us both in at the same time and Christine was extremely nice in the phone, even when I called 5 minutes later to change the day of my appointment. The building is quaint and unassuming on the outside. Inside are some very nice pedicure chairs and a few manicure stations. The vibe was great, very relaxing and fun. The pedicures were AMAZING. Christine knows exactly what she is doing and she won't let you walk out of there looking anything less than perfect! Even though it wasn't included in the package I bought, she gave my feet quite a bit of extra loving to get rid of the rough skin. No one goes above and beyond like that nowadays, I was very impressed and appreciative. Not only is she truly gifted at and passion about what she does, she's a genuinely wonderful human being. She talked to us the whole time like we were all friends! It was a refreshing change from the normal nail salon interactions I'm used to. Do yourself a favor, call and schedule an appointment! You will not be disappointed, she wouldn't let that happen!

Prices are fair and I think possibly cheaper than the other salons in the area. Place is cute and clean; I will definitely be back for my next manicure and pedicure.

Let me start off by saying that this salon is nice and clean. I was greeted by the staff well and…read morewait time was decent, my only problem with this place is that they do not know how to say no. People kept coming in around closing time and they kept taking them. My nail tech was in a rush and made me bleed during my pedi since she was too busy talking to other clients. I've been hurt and had blood drawn at other nail salons and I understand that it happens no big deal. what made me upset was that I kept pulling my foot away and telling her she was hurting me and she didn't pay attention. During my Mani another nail tech came over and asked if she wanted her to take over finishing my gel polish because she seemed to be "rushing through it" (her exact words) after she was done painting my nails she put lotion on my arms and said ok your done thank you and told me how much my bill was. Like I said I understand things happen and the salon gets busy but don't take what you can't handle. At home I noticed she did not paint the sides of my nails (pictures included).

I went here over a year ago to prep for my wedding and I had an amazing experience. But this time,…read moreover a year later it was lack luster. They were nice and the prices were average for nails and they even offered me a drink. But the place was dirty. The pedicure trays were not wiped (where you place drinks or wallet when getting a pedicure), the bathroom needed cleaning. The manicure areas were not wiped down and full of nail dust, and a lot of their products look old (you can tell when polish settles after a while... it just doesn't look cared for dusted or shaken (the bottles) to make the space look clean and crisp. ) I got a deluxe pedicure for $35, he only used one stone per leg when before two were used. He only massaged one foot and it was minimal. He focused on massaging my legs more than my feet (which to me is strange. It's a pedicure the focus should be on the feet. My feet are sore (which is why I went for a pedi) and I felt like I missed out. He did periodically check in with me to see if I liked something. But he didn't carry on any conversation or any type of friendliness or customer service. I got just a basic manicure and the hand massage lasted about 30s per hand. My nails look nice but again.... Also, The other technician heated up food that had a strong odor and ate it at her station. I couldn't even smell my lavender pedicure. It was hard to relax with the smell. I just feel like there should be a clean atmosphere and a level of professionalism when running a business. Any business. And when running a business that offers direct contact with the clients body there should be communicative customer service. For example, ask the client, "would you like your massage focused more on your feet, legs, or equal time with both?" When prepping for a pedicure. I don't think I'm asking too much. But hey... I'm just a paying customer.

I'm very disappointed with my manicure…read more I tried Fantasy Nails based on a recommendation from someone else but I wish I hadn't. I went in on Tuesday to get a manicure with gel polish. by Saturday the gel polish on several of my nails began to peel away from the top of the nails. Gel polish is suppose to last 2-3 weeks. Plus, I wasn't entirely happy with how my nails were filed. I did not notice until I left the shop that one of my nails was filed at an angle instead of straight across and the manicurist did not apply the polish all the way up to the top of the nail leaving a lot of space between the cuticle and the polish. I will be going else where next time.
