Q repairs it is a small, veteran-owned/mechanic-owned shop. John, the owner is a genuine, honest, good guy, with affordable rates and accurate pre-work estimates when he's worked on my Toyota, as well as a family member's older Lexus. I've discussed the approach/fixes and prices with a mechanic/shop supervisor in my family, and he's always agreed with the plan that John at Q Reparis has come up with, and agreed that the pricing is fair.
Q repairs is a smaller shop, and doesn't keep a large inventory of parts on hand. I think this helps him keep prices down. In spite of this, he has never had any major delays in sourcing parts, and fixes have been faster than my experiences at Toyota dealerships when I've gone there.
If you're anxious when choosing a mechanic, like I was, this is the shop I would recommend. He's honest, he's fair and upfront on pricing, and makes repairs much less stressful than other locations.
