This place is absolutely horrible they put my feet in cold water after I paid 60$ for it and I paid 60 to get my moms nails done and they all broke off in the same day and later and shes been growing them for 3 years and they refuse to give me my money after I complained and js glued my moms nails on and broke her real ones to the nail bed was bleeding I'm so unsatisfied they need to shut them down And the man was very aggressive. read more

I don't know if it was the man that was doing my nails or the fact that I was getting an overlay but I was not satisfied with Q Nails. I've gotten overlays before and they never looked like I needed a refill right after. The establishment itself was nice and very clean. The staff was also friendly. As dissatisfied as I am, I am going to leave them as is because I need a hardner on my nails to keep them from breaking so it still serves its purpose. read more

Showed the tech a picture 3 times during the conversation of asking for short, rounded nails but she made them longer almond (almost coffin) shaped nails. I kept trying to correct the young girl doing them and tell her they were being shaped wrong but she didn't understand so I just shut up and knew I would never return. Asked for gel nails, received acrylic. Top coat starting flaking off less than 72 hours (had not had hands in water other than washing them/shower). Less than 2 weeks later they are yellowed looking and I'm not sure if they will have to be removed by the next salon I go to or if I will have to switch to a polish color instead of french manicure. read more

Y'all I am in love with my nails. I schedule my appointment for 9:00am when they opened and they sat me promptly and had a nail tech doing me nails in less that 10 minutes. He worked fast and had me done before 10:00. I did a full set gel, with design. I have never been happier with my nails before. read more

They hardly talk to you, used and unsanitized utensils. Do no properly take off polish when you have acrylic on toes they instead pic at it with other tools. When I asked questions he did not want to answer the questions the lady looked at me and was like I know he heard your too and his co worker gave me the same look response also! My big toes needed a fill in instead he painted over and after I told him I needed a fill in ! Looks like a fat painted over toe nail ! I never do reviews but this was well needed ! read more

I went in to get a full set put on and a set removed well the lady was nice she set me down and I thought she was going to put Acetone on my nails to remove my acrylic nails but no she took a nail tip and started Shoving it under my acrylic nail to pop off my acrylic nails which witch hurt and very wrong in removing nails they can do damage to your nail bed and could rip off you real nail so she popped off all my nails and then she was like she was going to get lunch I was like ok then I waited about 10 minutes witch is not to long but why set me down remove my nails then go to lunch and a guy came over and started doing my nail well he did ok but didn't say one word to me witch to me seemed rude he got done and just got up and walked off didn't say nothing so I waited then another guy came up and said you can go pay now . I will not go back there the Environment seemed unfriendly and the lady popping the nails all just seemed very unprofessional. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. My daughter brought me here to be pampered for my birthday. Bc I decided to use a paper towel instead of a cloth towel, an employee called me DUMB TWICE & told me I need to get a life!! I was already upset bc I haven't had my nails done in yrs & they looked like crab legs & not the color I asked for. I've been going there for yrs for my pedicures but I'll NEVER go back!! Was in town for the day and treated my cousin to a late bday pedicure. Not impressed!! The guy doing my pedicure was nice- I guess, he didn't talk much. I paid for the deluxe pedicure and ONE DAY LATER 3 toes have chipped polish! $35 for a pedicure for the next day for it to be ruined? No thank you!! read more

Been coming here a while. Have had the pedicures, manicures, gel polish, full set, and dipping powder. So far the dipping powder has lasted about 3 weeks before I need a fill. The staff is friendly. The prices are comparable to most shops around. I think they do a good job compared to some other locations I've been to around Shelby and King's Mountain. read more

I have been coming here since their beginning. I have taken all my daughters here with me. Countless friends. We even had a GNO-Girls Night Out here. They have always been professional and great.
