I walked in and asked the lady if she had time she said she did. She rushed my nails they look terrible. not only that she was filling so rough she filed my skin right of i was bleeding on MULTIPLE fingers. she continued to file even after my nail was bleeding and got blood on the file and put it away as normal when done. thats disgusting. she asked if i wanted square and they just look like blobs no shape to them. she told me too long and cut them shorter than i wanted. they honestly look terrible and i for sure will never go there again. read more

I really wish I could give zero stars. My friend and I went in to have my old set removed and a new set put on, she was getting a fill. I soaked my nails in the tiniest amount of acetone with my fingers scrunched together. I showed the guy a reference picture of what I wanted, he looked at it ONCE and started my nails. I really wasn't having a bad experience until him and the other lady started yelling to each other, which I knew was about my friend who wanted her nails shaped differently than mine. They made it obvious they were talking about her. As he started putting glitter on, it was way too light. But that was just the beginning. I asked for white dots, which he did not put care into. The dots were splattered and rushed, and there were more on one side than the other. When he painted the "flower" he held my finger up and stared at me. Instead of talking to me and communicating, he tapped my arms and fingers. It was an awful experience and I will never be going back. I called another nail tech literally from their parking lot to see if she could fix them because he butchered the design I wanted. read more

I just moved to this area from Philadelphia and had gone to Q Nails two times previously and had been pleased with the service. This last time however, when they were doing my pedicure, they chipped a nail and insisted on putting a new one over it which I tried to tell here I did not want. The front and back doors were left open letting in lots of flies which flew all over and on me. When they were doing my manicure, she hit my cuticles several times which really hurt and then ripped off the nail drying machine from my hand, pulling my little finger rather painfully. When I paid, I was told it was 75.00, I placed 80.00 on the counter and I never received my change and I couldn't find her to ask for my change. Needless to say, I will never be going back. read more

Terrible Terrible.. Terrible service. So I go asking for a full set, she pressed me to get gel so i did and they wonder why you don't tip because you just asked me to GET gel THAT WAS YOUR TIP. anyways she does my nail i asked for a brown color it looked ok until i left and got in the light, the nails were very bumby meaning not smooth run your fingers over them they have more waves than the ocean.. So I go back walk thru do the door the thicker chineese lady says "what do you want" I turned around and waited for the person or the wall behind me to respond. I told her thats not how you talk to your customers, i showed her my nails and she redid it by changing the polish nothing done to waves she said she will fix that the next time.. Im thinking NEXT TIME.. Girl you will not give me waves A,gain... STAY AWAY TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. I went to this place while visiting my sister. The woman who was there alone, was extremely rude. Upon getting a pedicure, she was cutting the cuticle around my big toe, when she pulled the skin off of it and I yelped. There was no reaction from her, and she proceeded to do it again. The whole pedicure took less than twenty minutes because she rushed through it all, although nobody was waiting. The rest of the day, my toe ached and I worried about getting an infection. I will never go back nor recommend this place ever again. read more

I went into this shop intending on getting a full set done with my sister. She was asked to go first and by the way she was doing her nails I put my nail polish right back up on the shelf. So i recently went into Q nails thinking i was going to get almond shaped nails that were white and matte. Well nope not even close i couldn't even tell them what i wanted because they were talking to each other is their language the whole time, some of it i could make out that they were talking to about my nails being so short and how i didn't like their respected lotion. I had the older lady who did not push back my cuticles and then proceeded to burn the cuticle with the electric sander which was extremely painful, i flinched a few times but she didn't care , all they care about in there is rushing around . They had a very small selection of nail polish so i ended up get a light pink that was kind of sheer and metallic. So when the lady painted my nails you could see straight through the nails and every single streak from the brush . they couldn't even paint my whole nail!!! And to top off this experience she assumed that i wanted small square nails and i did not have a say in it! she cut them unevenly !! At the end of it she said $35 for a full set or acrylics which isn't horrible but my thumb nail chipped before i could even leave the salon now mind you i am an extremely gentle person and have never ever had a nail chip let alone an acrylic nail! i would not recommend this place to anyone !!!! unless you want uneve nails that chip super easy and if you're willing to get the skin around your nails burnt with an electric sander be my guest but i will not be going back EVER AGAIN!!! read more

The people are extremely rude and insulting to customers. Equipment is not cleaned between customers. During my pedicure the woman cut my nails so short they bled and she attempted to use a bottle of new skin on the wound. The liquid bandage was used on other customers and not sanitized or anything before she tried to use it on me. My nails were cut so short it was painful to walk or wear shoes for weeks. I'm still having trouble with nails breaking because if how they're growing in. This place was disgusting. Do not go here. read more
