This review would have been very different if I didn't feel I was treated so poorly when I called to see if she could come in sometime soon to get it fixed. We will not be back and unless you enjoy paying someone $75 to make your kid cry and hanging up on you, I wouldn't suggest you go there either. I quickly said I just wanted regular polish because if I'm paying that much I'm getting acrylics not just a regular polish. The guy I had was very rude the whole time. Usually that doesn't bother me since everyone has bad days. He didn't talk to me unless I asked him a question. It was fine until I was getting the polish on my finger nails and he touched my left pointer finger. I was drying my nails with the fan and when I put them back for him to do a top coat he yelled at me for touching it when he was the one who did it. "See what you did, you touched it and now there's a big mess. I told you not to touch it. Now I need to redo it" i replied with "I didn't even do anything my hand was way back here (showing him where my hand was) and you had my other hand. There was no way I could've touched my nail at all". After that he sat me down at the table with the fans and completely forgot about me. He went to the massage chairs. I checked my own nails after quite a while and they were done. When I stood up to pay he comes over. I paid $45 and tax. I signed the receipt and he looked for a tip. I always tip even when I have a bad experience but today was just not happening. Not only did he yell at me, he made me bleed (on multiple fingers and toes) he rushed on me (my mom sat down before me and was done 20 minutes after me) and he yelled at the lady before me who wanted a polish to match or at least somewhat match the color she had on her nails. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My basic pedicure included a salt water soak, a salt scrub, a hot towel, lotion/massage, and polish. I like the way my toes look and my feet feel. So why a 4-star review then? After reading other Yelp and Google reviews, I called this morning to get an appointment since I did not want to wait as a walk-in. I was told 12:15pm, and then 12pm. I repeated this back and the man on the phone confirmed the time twice before I hung up. When I arrived a few minutes before 12, I was told my time was actually for 12:45. I know I did not make an error on this, and I wish he'd just said they made a mistake instead of insisting that's the time he told me over the phone; it was not. During my appointment, two other women came in for pedicures; one woman arrived soon after I did and said she had an appointment, but her treatment wasn't even started by the time I left. So that's challenging if you have a schedule to stick to. Overall, good treatment, clean shop, iffy time management.

She's patient, sweet as can be, so accommodating, she's a professional and listens and directs me for what is best for what I'm hoping to achieve. I give her full control mostly because I absolutely trust her expertise. Her pricing is so reasonable (unlike a salon i wish I could name, but won't in Berwick, recommenced by a friend that charged me $260 - I was flabbergasted- for the same service Jonelle charged $75!) and it's always a day I look forward to.... I never go home crying for days and trying to fix what other salons have done to me. She follows covid guidelines completely and her salon is so clean and pleasant to be in. We chat about life and she's my therapist listening to my cares and woes...and although she's an acquaintance , I now consider her my friend. YOU CANT GO WRONG if you book an appointment with her or her other stylists....I've watched them and compliment their clients when walking out the door with lively steps. Compare prices with other local salons, but choose JONELLE'S for an awesome experience every time!
