I have been going for a few months. I wanted to give my nails a break and told them that I just want the dip removed. They removed the dip along with a good portion of my nail bed. They over-filed and my nails are taking some time to heal. I went to another salon and they identified the "ring on fire" left on almost every nail. Terrible. read more

Guy who did my pedicure could have been a bit more gentle! Geez, I think he took a few layers of skin off my feet. I also have nail polish splatters on my feet. While getting my pedi, I noticed that the place is not very clean and the are using some nasty looking files, etc. They did NOT clean the station after doing my pedi...I watched while I was under the foot dryer. The pedicure itself is great. The staff has been very anti-social the 3 times I have been there. I noticed that they DO NOT sterilize/clean the tools they use on everyone's feet. I have watched and they go from one person to the next, a good way to spread nasty fungus. They take more time rinsing the foot bath. I did ask the young man on my second visit if they sanitize the tools, since I saw that she had not before she started on my first and second visit, and he said "yes"... that was a lie. This past visit I go to the counter and hand her my debit card and she says it is cash only. I ask where that is posted, since I must have missed it, she points to a small sign behind the register and seemed annoyed that I had asked. I must have paid cash last time, but normally use my card for everything. Sort of an unusual place to post that since you are already done and ready to pay, maybe the "cash only" sign should be posted on the entrance so customers are aware beforehand. read more

VERY CLEAN, and they did not use a cheese grater on my feet! Tools were sanitized, loofa prepackaged and opened in front of me. If you pay cash you get a discount, which is awesome! Highly recommended. read more

TERRIBLE...DON'T WASTE TIME OR MONEY!! Pregnant & thought I would treat myself. Old lady cut my cuticle during a pedicure then tried to say she didn't do it when I'm under the dryer and blood is oozing from my big toe. Then when I refuse to pay, female in charge takes me to back of business (outside) proceeds to tell me I have to pay because they have to report all jobs to owner or someone loses their job. She refuses to let me walk through the business and I have to walk around the entire outside mall complex to get to my car. Health Department should check on this place! Had some cancellations at work and had some time to kill. and was told to go here. Wanted to get Mani/pedi. Started with pedicure. Not the main problem, but the chairs have no cup holders, so I was holding my drink the whole time. The bigger issues was the pedicure itself. She used a cuticle scissors to cut my nails! She hurt me a few times but no blood. Then she starts cutting the actual cuticles. She cut so deep on my left big toe that it wouldn't stop bleeding. She finally got it to stop and finished pedicure. It is now throbbing and hurts. I decided to opt out if manicure and get the hell out Of there. I have never ever experienced anything so awful. An hour later and my toe is killing me. I hope I don't get some sort of infection. I am very pissed off. I paid the 25 but I should not have paid a thing! Stay away. read more

The worst manicure I have ever gotten. If you are looking to get dip nails, do NOT go here. In less than a week, three of my nails have broken (which isn't supposed to happen with dip powder) and the sides of my nails are already peeling. I've had dip nails last almost a month, and this manicure didn't even last a full week. Also, the gentleman who was trying to give me a french manicure, messed up FOUR times and rather than use nail polish remover to fix his mistake, he filed my nails every time. Now all my nails are paper thin and bend. After his fourth attempt (I had already been there over an hour), he finally passed me off to another woman. The whole point of dip nails is that they are meant to keep your nails healthier and less brittle. Also, you are not supposed to use the UV lights when you use the dip powder. I was there for over two hours and it was the worst manicure I have ever had. Lastly, they charged $45 (most places only charge $35-40. When I was checking out, she asked if I was happy with my manicure and I shook my head no. She told me to come back and next time she would do my nails. What makes her think I would EVER come back after such a horrible experience? read more
