We will not be back and unless you enjoy paying someone $75 to make your kid cry and hanging up on you, I wouldn't suggest you go there either. I repeated this back and the man on the phone confirmed the time twice before I hung up. When I arrived a few minutes before 12, I was told my time was actually for 12:45. I know I did not make an error on this, and I wish he'd just said they made a mistake instead of insisting that's the time he told me over the phone; it was not. During my appointment, two other women came in for pedicures; one woman arrived soon after I did and said she had an appointment, but her treatment wasn't even started by the time I left. So that's challenging if you have a schedule to stick to. Overall, good treatment, clean shop, iffy time management.

I quickly said I just wanted regular polish because if I'm paying that much I'm getting acrylics not just a regular polish. The guy I had was very rude the whole time. Usually that doesn't bother me since everyone has bad days. He didn't talk to me unless I asked him a question. It was fine until I was getting the polish on my finger nails and he touched my left pointer finger. I was drying my nails with the fan and when I put them back for him to do a top coat he yelled at me for touching it when he was the one who did it. "See what you did, you touched it and now there's a big mess. I told you not to touch it. Now I need to redo it" i replied with "I didn't even do anything my hand was way back here (showing him where my hand was) and you had my other hand. There was no way I could've touched my nail at all". After that he sat me down at the table with the fans and completely forgot about me. He went to the massage chairs. I checked my own nails after quite a while and they were done. When I stood up to pay he comes over. I paid $45 and tax. I signed the receipt and he looked for a tip. I always tip even when I have a bad experience but today was just not happening. Not only did he yell at me, he made me bleed (on multiple fingers and toes) he rushed on me (my mom sat down before me and was done 20 minutes after me) and he yelled at the lady before me who wanted a polish to match or at least somewhat match the color she had on her nails. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience at Fresh Hair & Co in Cressona with stylist Emma Williams…read more Prior to my appointment, I contacted Emma and clearly explained that I had another appointment at 11:00 and needed to leave on time. In the past, my appointments were typically finished around 10:30, so this should not have been an issue. When I arrived, instead of being treated like a valued client, I felt like just a number. My stylist spent more time engaging in conversations with others around her rather than talking to me. Another client arrived, and I was left by the wash bowl waiting for approximately 20 minutes while Emma was applying color to that client, even though my appointment time should have been reserved solely for me. Had that delay not occurred, we would have remained on schedule. When my service began, very little color was applied. It was clear that I was unhappy with the result, yet my concerns were ignored. I was then blamed for having limited time--even though the delay was due to waiting while another client was being serviced after I had already checked in. Instead of attempting to correct the issue or provide a professional solution, my appointment was canceled, my money was refunded, and I was told to go elsewhere. This is not a professional or respectful way to treat a client. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. 20 minutes to an hour and a half is incorrect as I was late..
