She is very professional and kind. Eyebrow threading can be somewhat painful but she takes her time to ensure the sharpest and cleanest brows every time. For the waxes I get underarm and Brazilian. They use hard wax. But because Geeta is so bomb she will use the soft wax for those stubborn hairs the hard wax can't grab. Using both types of waxes allows for a clean wax which I absolutely appreciate. I've been to a few places for wax services but Best Brows and Beauty is for sure a hidden gem. For brows, underarms and Brazilian combined the cost is about $75-$80 total. There is plenty of parking available. Depending on the day of the week you go your wait for brows can be anywhere from 0- 30 mins. Appointments strongly recommended for wax services. I always ask for Geeta but one time she was away from work and I really needed my brows done so I let Indra do my brows per Geeta's recommendation and Indra is good too. Definitely check them out

I think I'm pretty clear on conveying that to a hairdresser - at least my old hairdresser never had an issue. I've been trying to find a hair dresser closer to home. I saw the good reviews for this place on Yelp and the pictures and website looked like they paid attention to detail. I made an appointment for a cut and color with one of the stylists. My appointment was with Joselle. As I showed her pictures of the type of cut I wanted and said "A-line Bob", she barely looked at my pictures. When discussing what I wanted for color, I said I DEFINITELY DID NOT want chunky white highlights, but rather very subtle (and natural) caramel highlights, in my light brown hair. I even told her that my hair lightens REALLY fast. She did my roots, washed and dried my hair, because she didn't want to risk doing a two step process. I thought "THAT is a great idea. Get to know my hair." From what I could tell, everything was going OK. After the cut, she blow dried my hair and never used a straightening iron - which left me a frizzy mess. Did she think that looked good!? I was getting a REALLY bad feeling as I looked in the mirror and saw what she left me with. On top of the worst haircut and style, I got HORRIBLE chunky white highlights, like RACING STRIPES, on the side of my head! It was BAD! Also, as she was blow drying my hair, she kept looking out the window to see if her friend had arrived yet to go to dinner. I was the last appointment of the day, but I still should have been a priority. Some positives - my root touch-up was OK and the last handful of highlights, that didn't have time to get bright white, were nice. And the last positive - she drove me back to my old hairdresser to fix my hair. It's now worth it to me to drive 2.5 HOURS to get to her because I never want to experience this again. The website says she specializes in men's cuts. She should stick with that and not let the Salon owner schedule women's haircuts! If you still go, try another stylist.

His massages coupled with his professionalism and competency are incredibly relaxing. So intensely relaxing... that...ha ha! I left without the water bottle I came in with and had to go back! Jose helped the absolute brutal pinched nerve that I walked in with, coupled with his competency and professionalism. The rest of the facility is very nice too, professional and like a day spa experience. The coffee and herbal tea bar is also a nice touch. I've had a pedicure before here and it was lovely as well. I went to Healthy Touch for a massage to deal with pain I was feeling in my left shoulder…read more Thoroughly professional and friendly staff. I had no wait when I arrived for my appointment. Massage was wonderful, except for the shoulder which was just painful. Stacey, the masseuse and proprietor, suggested I contact my doctor because she did not believe what I was feeling and describing was muscle related. She could not be sure what it was but suggested I should at least rule out any potentially serious issue before any further appointments. Good thing she did. I had a herniated disc in my neck that was causing the aches and tingling in my neck, arms, and hand. It soon lead to a loss of strength in my left arm amoung many other things. My Doctor and Healthy Touch worked together over the course of almost a full year until the massage therapy, medical procedures, and revised exercise program brought me back...almost as good as new. Without Stacey's recommendation I am have waited longer to see my Doctor...and it might have been a lot worse. Massage can relax you and feels wonderful, but at times, when done correctly and professionally, it can be so much more.

I don't remember her telling me her name. They didn't ask to see my id but they put my license number in the consent form. They handed me a bin of jewelry but I could tell it was low quality and it was all butterfly backs (piercings should be done with flat backs). I should have left there, but I decided to go through with it since they would have charged me for canceling. I sat down in a tiny room and she got me ready for the piercing. Then another piercer came in and was loudly talking to my piercer and it was amplified by the small room- not pleasant. She pierced one ear and it looked fine, she got to the other ear and I started gushing blood so she SCREAMED for her boyfriend to bring paper towels- That scared me and made me panic a bit. The finished piercings looked fine at first glance but when I looked at them from the side it was clear my ear was pierced on a diagonal. I wasn't told any aftercare but I assume that's because I already have many piercings. I don't know if I should take them out and loose $70 or if I should see if they heal. (I'm worried they won't since they were pierced incorrectly.) EDIT: They gave me the option to take them out and either get a refund or get them redone. They were super nice and understanding about the situation.
