After leaving their office for the second time I contacted wake up permanently and talk to Kara regarding my situation. She had a cancellation over memorial day weekend so I took it and didn't get my hopes up. I was in the chair a little over an hour and my eyebrows turned out beautiful. Even better than I expected. Kara took the time to answer all of my question and listen to my concerns and as she did my eyebrows she said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my skin and my eyebrows came out beautifully .
