Matt's bid was competitive and fair, and he demonstrated a depth of knowledge and familiarity that made me immediately comfortable hiring him. Due to scheduling conflicts with another contractor installing a deck for me, I threw Matt a few curveballs. At least twice I had to ask him to move his start date, and when his team did arrive, the deck contractors were totally in his way. Throughout, Matt was patient and focused on his work. The guys he brought with him worked tirelessly over four days to excavate, remove old materials, prepare proper drainage missing from the old wall, rebuild the wall with new EP Henry pavers and regrade the area around the new wall - as well as around my driveway. Matt and his crew went above and beyond, doing extra regrading work not included in his estimate at no additional charge. And they cleaned up the work area at the end of the job beautifully. The wall looks so good that the old, shabby brick pavers by my pool now look sad by comparison. I'll be asking Matt Burns to come back to address that issue, and others, in the future. Ultimately they suggested it could be a problem with the stones in the wall. Disciple came out, recommended a strategy of replacing a couple of stones, re-pointing the rest of the area and applying sealant over the whole section. Work was scheduled promptly. The guys were very friendly and professional. The job was finished within 10 days (mortar needed to cure before sealant could be applied) and it looks great. Now we have to wait for a horrific rainstorm to see if that solves the problem.

4/13/23 I requested a quote for a new bay window and some stone work on our exterior. I was told…read morethat someone would be coming out at around 9:30 am- on a day we agreed upon. An hour past the appointment time, I contacted Campos and was told that the estimator would arrive "soon". The guy did finally show up and was pleasant. We got a quote of nearly 12,000 dollars and we have already spent 3,000 on the window itself. The quote was odd- just a bulk number- no break down of costs so really- we had no idea what we would have been paying for. Plus we were directed to choose stone from 2 sites- neither of which had pricing. Things that make you go "Hmmmmm. .." I requested a breakdown and was told I would get it- but I still have not. At this point I'm not interested. Added to our quote was a little "extra" regarding plywood- if plywood was needed- they would charge us 250.00 per sheet when we know the retail is only around 55$. I understand that the company needs to make money but that is quite a mark up at several hundred percent. As my husband put it- he was skeptical of the entire quote based on that alone. I'm sorry that we cannot do business. I don't doubt the work based on other reviews but I can't seem to get past even the first hurdle.

I got his name and number from my vet actually so I had to cancel the appointment because water was pouring out of my ceiling which I thought was a roofing issue from my porch. It turned out that it was a heating pipe that split. My daughter told me that the floor upstairs was soaked. I ran upstairs I pulled up the carpet and it was scolding to the touch. There was a lot of steam coming off the floor. I ended up calling the fire company going way over the extreme, but by that point I had already called Dale Rimmer. He ended up getting here as fire company was leaving ( which was 20 minutes ) He did explain on the phone that it was probably just steam coming off the floor. He remained with me at the house until I had somebody able to come out and fix the pipe( the fire company turned off my boiler as it was pouring water into my house). I'm also leaving a review for my Fire company. I've never needed them in all my years living here, but they were downright amazing and the same thing with the police downright amazing. I cannot be thankful enough for my community and the fact that Dale was the voice a reason and calmness in my crazy day.!!!

Several siding contractors we called said they only did siding. Dale said he had contractors that he has worked with for years that could do the stone work and build the new porch. Dale was involved during the entire process and the stone mason and carpenter he brought in were great. The porch and stone work turned out better than we expected. We also had a new flagstone walkway installed and our deck refurbished. The new siding, gutters and downspouts completed the makeover of our home's exterior. Dale was personally involved and was quick to answer and questions or concerns we had. All of the people took pride in their work and the results show it.

After much review we went with John Breuer. Our only contact was Dustin. We enjoyed his candor and straightforward advice. He offered all the options. Areas where we could consider saving some money, and areas where some additional money would add value. The numbers can get confusing with different contractors, but Dustin's estimate was more straightforward than some. In the end you have to go with your gut. Most of the project went pretty smoothly. Our township was unusually tough. Other neighbors confirmed. Maybe we wouldn't have had the stucco problems in the first place if they had looked as closely when the house was originally built. Most of the work was done within a month, but it was some of the finishing details that took some additional time. At no point did we feel ignored. Dustin kept us up to date. We had a lot done and I think the house was completed in a more timely fashion than some others. Additionally, during the process we had other contractors come to give estimates on various other items... like a new driveway. Each time we received unsolicited compliments on the quality of the work. That was nice to hear from people that know quality work when they see it. Also, the unsolicited compliments from others on the cosmetics were too numerous to count. The landscapers will be finishing up tomorrow and we can't wait for it all to be done. The house looks awesome. It can be scary to embark on a costly project like this. Throughout it all, Dustin and his crew were there. We would easily recommend them.
