He explained everything and answered my questions thoroughly in a confident and friendly manner. When it comes to major expenses, like car, maintenance and repairs, I look for two deciding factors: obviously competency and I prefer to give my money to people that I *like*. As a final insult, a technician accidentally sent me an internal email complaining about me--rather than sending it to his manager. That tells you a lot about how seriously they take customer service. Given the dealership's recent change in ownership, I expected better. Instead, I had to file both a BBB complaint and a chargeback just to be heard. However, lots of debris mixed into the rock bed lot the cars sit on. Oddly, all the vehicles that were a match for mine were filled with cigarette butts. Based upon this, one could draw the conclusion I need to take up smoking to drive it. ‍ Hit and miss on quality of cars and type. I have a very common vehicle and they had plenty on the lot, but the quality of the parts I needed were poor and picked over. You could potentially come out here and find your vehicle is picked over and that you wasted your time. Some people have a great experience here. Some not so much. I was one that came out empty handed and didn't have so great experience. (It helps to have a common vehicle!)
