From start to finish, Shawn and Pyramid Roofing amazed me! Shawn's quote came in the lowest of 4 and he did a fantastic job explaining how it can be higher in certain situations. We had most of those situations in our 200 plus year old home. Shawn called my husband every time. Allowed us to get the wood, etc to save on costs. The crew was incredible! They did not stop all day! Everyone working so hard! My husband watched in awe both days. They stayed late both days to finish. Went above and beyond to give us high quality materials, all delivered at the perfect time. They handled the extra work when some companies wouldn't touch it. Their clean up was impeccable. Pyramid Roofing replaced a roof for me last year. I chose them because they were reasonably priced (not the cheapest & not the most expensive) ... but more importantly, they were using the best products available from their chosen product line, GAF. During the job, any oddities with my roof were explained to me and addressed in short order. And, over the last year, I found very very few left over materials from the job; they cleaned up well. The only negative-- and a very minor one at that-- was that a tarp was left out too long which killed a chunk of my lawn. It grew back no problem. The owner Shawn went through all the details of the GAF system and everything about his company. His quotes are unbeatable. Make sure you call him before deciding. His team is friendly and professional! The foreman Pete is such a nice guy and very accommodating. He even helped me move my dish closer to my 2nd floor bathroom window (so I can clear the snow on it in winter!)! Plus (this is pure luck I have to admit :-) ), the dish was placed in the perfect location that I didn't have to spend $100 to re-calibrate it! Great company and incredibly conscientious owner. He must have called me every other day when we got within a month of the job. They were finished in 2 days. Clean up was excellent. They even performed some minor repairs to the siding under the eaves. They were not the cheapest, but great quality work. read more

I've used Pyramid Roofing twice in my home ownership life. The first time was in Sept 2008. They did a great job and even added the venting that I requested (ridge and soffit venting). This decreased the ice damming on my roof the next winter. The second time was in Oct 2015. They did the roof on my new house and did an amazing job. They have a top notch crew that is very respectful. They cleanup after themselves as I didn't find 1 nail (I have 4 kids so this is something I worry about). They covered all of my bushes with plywood and there wasn't any damage done. I would highly recommend Pyramid Roofing for all of your roofing needs. read more

Shawn commented on my review saying nobody has ever brought up this type of feedback. I brought my feedback directly to Shawn but he talked over me each time I tried to explain my concerns. You can claim never to have heard this type of feedback and you wouldn't be wrong Shawn because you can't hear people when you're talking over them. Shawn also called me 9 times after the job was done asking me to give him a great review on Angie's List. After the 2nd call i told him that i usually wait at least 2 months to post a review on a job like this. He kept calling anyway about posting a positive review. Isn't that harassment? He wants a great review but gets defensive if you bring up concerns. I wouldn't recommend this company. read more

The whole experience was great. Any questions I had Shawn would answer very fast. Had 5 different estimate's from 5 different companies. And Pyramid beat them all. Even worked on the weekend to finish when said. I highly recommend them you won't be disappointed. His crew was outstanding and polite even making sure our kid's garden didn't get trampled. Under no circumstances use this guy as your roofer. You get less than what you pay for. When the job was done over the summer I had no leaks at all. Well after the job was done in about 6 hours, I was left with a destroyed flower garden, nails and debris all around the house, enough debris to fill a 5gal bucket from the gutters as well as about a dozen loose nails on the roof. Now here I am, it's Jan 10, my wife goes into the attic only to find several leaks coming from the nails sticking through the roof as well as coming from the center(ridge vent). read more
