They were able to quickly come out - even during a hectic, busy season with lots of homes experiencing frozen pipes. I got a text before the plumber came with the name of the employee who would be coming which was nice. Don showed up on time and patiently explained what he discovered was the issue to my husband who was out of town and on speaker phone. Don was able to fix the issue , and ensured that our major faucet (kitchen) was working before he left , even though this wasn't the faucet that had been repaired. On top of a great job with fair prices , Don was polite, funny and helped ensured all baby gates were closed when going from upstairs/ downstairs several time to keep my toddler safe. It was our first time using Morgan Miller plumbing, but they will be my first choice for future plumbing needs !

I had to write this review. Plumbing Plus just left our house and I had such a good experience with…read morethem they deserve this review. I was very frustrated trying to find someone to repair our outside water hydrant because it required cutting through drywall in our basement to get to the water line. Another plumber had told us it was located in a different spot in the basement and recommended we just make it nonfunctional outside, which we did. For his visit (and inaccurate diagnosis with a camera--I do think this other plumber was well-intentioned he just didn't know what he was talking about) he charged us $100 and told us if we decided to fix it by cutting through drywall it would cost $698. I didn't go with him because he said he couldn't be responsible for any structural damage if it occurred (He thought he had to go through a joist.) Based on this information, I told Plumbing Plus the situation and over the phone they bid $280 to fix it. This morning they came out and found that the faucet access was in a different spot. They found exactly where it was and cut through the drywall in that spot., fixed it in less time (probably 30 minutes or so) and only charged me $135. Prior to this, they also sent me proof of licensure and insurance. They said they'd be here at 8 am and they were actually here exactly at 8 am. I've never had that happen. I'm so thrilled because I find it so hard to find honest contractors who know what they are doing. These guys do. The plumber's name was Mark Chadwick. Thank you, thank you!!! By the way, you'll need to find someone else to fix the drywall. Plumbers don't do this, but at least now you know who to call for your plumbing.

Dave showed up - quickly analyzed the situation and determined it was not the water heater but instead the drain next to it, which had put out the pilot light. He called another service @onehundredyearplumbing.com and Nick showed up in about 15mins. He inspected and augered the drain and problem was resolved in about an hour. I had service done on our old A/C and the service was great. I had some issues with the A/C, but…read moreafter the service techs worked on it, it was fixed and the problems were resolved. I figured it needed to be replaced, but the tech did some maintenance to it and fixed it. I asked how much it would cost to replace it and he said it depends on many different factors of what you want and need but right now it's running good now. So, why replace it if it's running well? I agreed. When the A/C does go out, I'll get hold of United and have them come out and give me a bid for a new one along with a couple other companies. I was told United offered financing too which was nice to know. I have recommended United before and will continue to because the job got done quickly and professionally and done right the first time and that old A/C is still running well.

Linda was friendly as was her replacement on Wednesday( I'm terrible at remembering names) when checking the moisture levels daily.
