We got Goldeye fish and Mussels and Peach Ricotta and a beautiful French White. The setting was awesome, but the whole staff was chill and welcoming and funny and engaging so we sat and hung with them instead of looking at the amazing ceiling. The Staff: Makes all the difference. In fact we ate at all three restaurants for a progressive dinner. We tipped out $150. But it was Canadian so... Lovely place. Just go.

It's a typical dive bar that's welcoming to all, as shown by some of the decorations inside. Even the washrooms scream social activism, which is kinda cool to be honest. I had the yellow dog platter without the jalapenos (not a jalapenos person inside hot dogs). It came with a soup of the day, which was a beef barley soup. The soup was amazingly good. The hot dog was also quite good. I do agree with Jennyfer A.'s comment in that the sauce was lacking, so I did drop a star there. Portion wise it was perfect for someone who was 75% hungry. The place is a bit higher than a 3 but without 1/4 stars Yelp makes it hard to give more accurate reviews. For dinner ? The Donair ! I haven't had one in years and was super excited about finding it on the menu. It did not disappoint! Nothing beats a good Donair . I would say fresh cut fries should be added to the menu . They make meals that much better. Also one thing I like about dinning in Canada is that so many places have fresh cut fries. All in all a good experience. Lovely staff. Good food. Good beer.

It's an intimate theatre that offers up interesting yet comfy seats that slides forward for a more comfortable seat but slides back for a more upright seat (or when someone wants to squeeze by and you can just slide back and let then through). The lobby sells alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that you can even bring inside to the theatre! How awesome is that! The MTC doesn't let you do that for sure. And everyone is responsible enough to throw out their garbage so another plus for this theatre. The crowd depends on the type of show you will see but for the most part this place leans more to the 20-39 artist/hipster crowd. It's a laid back and fun scene. On a side note, the washrooms are pretty clean here.
