But more critical- they are doing a large job in my neighborhood and have failed to pull required permits. This means no inspections to protect our safety or our investment. Not meant to bash the work ethic or quality... but there are real concerns for our community. Also because they have no place to store equipment theyve created an eyesore in our neighborhood. Initially, I called another construction outfit, and after telling me they could do the job, and after many delays, they later said the job was too small for them. Then I came across Biilt. Biilt, took the job, and I couldn't be happier. During their inspection it was discovered that there was some rotted wood to the original overhang. The house is old, really old, so this didn't come as a surprise. The Biilt crew was able rebuild the entire overhang and at a reasonable price. Construction, roofing, even clean up, they did it all, and their staff were polite and willing to work with me though the project. Cody, Aaron and the rest of the Biilt team did a fantastic job. The deck and overhang look great now and will probably outlast the rest of the house. Solid professional construction. In the future, my first call for quality construction needs, will be to Biilt. And I'm sure they can do the same for you.

We had a master suite added on, including laundry, closet space, and a full bath. First and foremost - they were on budget and on time FOR EVERYTHING. I had heard so many horror stories from friends who had contract work done, and I was shocked at how smoothly everything went and how responsive everyone at BiiLT was. There of course were issues. There always are - but Brent was always there to walk us through what was going on and ensure things didn't get off pace. Were I to do any work like this again - I would call them first without looking anywhere else. We even had issues with a neighbor who was just a pain during the process. Brent intervened and just handled everything. And the addition? My only regret is not doing it sooner. It is beautiful. I love my new master suite. I have never had the opportunity to live in new construction, and 4 months into living in this room, I still love it!

This is the second time I have used C&Z for remodeling and renovations. I cannot speak for…read morerestorations due to fire or water damage...but I CAN speak for renovation work. We had a second floor and garage addition over 18 years ago from C & Z. Flooring installed in the second floor is still good after all these years and did not need to be replaced. This time around, I contracted for another addition to the side of the house and a kitchen remodel with other work being done to every single room in the house except for one. This was a huge undertaking. Hats off to the crew who did the first remodel as there were 12 people living in the house during that renovation; this time there were only 7 people living through most of the renovation (and a dog) increasing to 9 towards the end of the work. While the crew members changed over the years, Aaron Holbrook was present for both remodels. Trying to remodel and renovate around so many people was challenging and so we are grateful to Jonathan King, Patrick Smith, Ron, Anthony and especially Jason who almost single handedly painted the entire house. The crew had to work around all these people while installing cabinets, flooring, painting, ceiling tiles, framing, etc....The crew was flexible, considerate and courteous. I feel the overall cost of the project was fair for the amount of work that was done both inside and outside of the house. We will be contacting them again for future work.

They did not fulfill their obligations and our gutters still overflowed. We had to do the job ourselves. We were misinformed. We were misled. And then they lied to us. To date, they have not made a good faith effort to rectify the issue. Ironic, since their website promises to "provide the best customer service from beginning to end." Consider a more professional company that will do a complete job ... for a lot less money too. As further evidence, this is how All Season Gutters describes itself on its website: "A+ Ratings at the BBB." Actually, if you check the Better Business Bureau website, you'll find that All Season Gutters is not affiliated with the BBB, and has a rating of C+, not A+ as the company claims. This is what is said about such a low rating: "C+ through C- means that there are significant issues with the company's practices and you should proceed with caution if you choose to do business with them." Don't trust these guys.

They gaslit me a bit in hindsight. On the supposed 3rd time they finally knocked on my door and showed me photos of my downspouts. The third house was my old townhouse. I took them at their word that they cleaned the gutters there, but they lied to me. Neighbor had her gutters done, and her contractor shared a pic of my gutters with me.
