I'll start with the positive... there was a noticeable difference after the work was completed…read more There was a little bit of a mess left behind... some debris still on the back deck and a muddy sidewalk... I took the hose as he was leaving and rinsed off the area. In my opinion, it's was over priced. Reason: The quote over the phone was $250, when he arrived, he talked me out of doing half of the job because he didn't think it would be a noticeable difference... he spent 1 hour and still charged me the $250 from the original quote . I asked for an invoice, so that I can at least have a record, see what exactly did I pay for and shop around next time. The other reason: The invoice was sketchy... I have no clue how he makes up his prices because it was very vague and the description did not match the work.

The quality of service was good but I wouldn't say great. It was rather disappointing that some areas were missed or omitted, and I had to reach out to request they reinsert the down spouting into the gutter. It's understandable that it was displaced during the gutter cleaning & power washing, however I don't feel that this was something I would've had to request be done. Additionally, I requested an outdoor storage shed be powerwashed & only the sides were done. I was later advised that the roof would be an additional charge. There seemed to be little regards to customer satisfaction in my experience. I would recommend ensuring such before considering a job "completed".

I reached out to Ric and his team to stain my deck. He stopped by my home in a clean, branded van…read moreand had a lot of literature with him. He was prepared. He clearly wanted my business and had been in his field for a long time. He knew his stuff. He was also very personable and it was clear he was an honest man. I mentioned some other items around my home I was looking to get fixed, such as painting two exterior doors, pressure washing the house, front walk, and an out building, deck repairs, and repairs to the siding of the home. Ric left, prepared me an electronic estimate with all items delineated, I signed the agreement, placed the deposit, and we were off! My mom lives in the home. She is elderly and can be a handful. Ric was able to take care of all of the work and also deal with my mom. My mom loved him! Ric and his team did exceptional work. His level of communication was perfect. He sent text messages with pictures, he prepared estimates and electronic forms for add on work he suggested and I approved. He didn't just ignore things he found; he communicated them to me, empowering me to make an informed decision. His workmanship is off the charts. He is perfect. I interviewed many different contractors and Ric made the best first impression. I honestly feel relieved that I didn't make a mistake and go with anyone else. I had a friend from high school who made a proposal also and I wanted to give him the business, but Ric just seemed like the right choice. I couldn't imagine anyone else doing work as good as All Decked Out did. Plus, I trust the owner. I trust him in my home and with my loved ones After they finished the project at this first property where my mom lives, I asked Ric to look into doing work at another property. That is how great I feel this company is. I did the leg work on contractor investigation here in mid to late 2025, so save yourself the time and go with All Decked Out. You'll be glad you did.

They gaslit me a bit in hindsight. On the supposed 3rd time they finally knocked on my door and showed me photos of my downspouts. The third house was my old townhouse. I took them at their word that they cleaned the gutters there, but they lied to me. Neighbor had her gutters done, and her contractor shared a pic of my gutters with me. Completely full, no way they were cleaned in the previous year. So they basically ripped me off on the third house. Had to have another company come out, because I didn't feel like getting the run around again.
