When I can afford my own multimillion-dollar abode, I plan to go to pyd in Waterloo for all my home's furnishings. Its name is actually initials; they derive from pyd's ideal location, between Phillip, Young and Danks Street. This modern complex houses about ten high-end stores that offer all elements of interior decoration, with styles on all ends of the spectrum, from modern to antique. The stores that make up this innovative design house are: Lilly & Lolly, de poortere, Exhibit, PureInteriors, The Country Trader, rogerseller, Patisse, Mother of Pearl and Sons Trading, and Koda. Each of these stores has a distinct specialty in décor. Basically, you can find the craziest modern bathtubs, exotic antique furniture, and dazzling lighting all under the same roof.
As a design centre, pyd may be the finest in the city since its introduction in 2007. There is a constant influx of new products in each store that make every visit exciting and unpredictable; you'll never know what you may find.
